Not as good as the look in the pic. The apartment is run down. Like old apartmen. Cleanliness ok.

The floor needs to be washed. The washroom is dirty, the shawer curtain is yellowish in the bottom, the tap is out of place, the breakfast is oweful, only few western dish.

Stayed in hotels at similar price points before. This is the worst ever buffet breakfast. For 3 of 4 mornings, I simply went out to the adjacent mall for breakfast

Actual room condition looks different than in the pictures. There was no stove in the kitchen. Water hose sticking out from the bathroom ceilings down to toilet (idk for what purpose). And more weirdly surprising, the LAN cable was sticking out from the ceiling in the living room (why??). Anyway, beds and sofa were comfy, plus you can smoke in the room. Guess it's an OK hotel for a short stay.

Old room, not enough towel (no hand towel), can get better hotel for the same price, breakfast is bad, not many choices..

Decent for its price but breakfast was appaling, cold and almost no choice.

Overall a pleasant stay lacked the atmosphere for a decent holiday stay destination but recommend if business commuter

The hotel exterior was good. However,the room condition was not very good and service was slow. Breakfast not appetizing.

Pros: Good Location, 24 hr convenience store + food available, nice whirlpool - kids loved it. Cons: Exterior of the hotel looks good but the rooms are not that clean. Breakfast included in the stay is horrible. No wifi in the room.

Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast spread is average. Good range of restaurants at ground floor. Convenient to have well stocked supermarket as well. Large swimming pool.

Booked 3 rooms, had requested to be on the same floor, but was given 2 rooms on one floor and another room 3 floors away...

Buffet breakfast was poor, was not at a restaurant, by a minimal spread at the lounge...

My room did not have a safety locker, and a wardrobe was run down...

the staff were pleasant, though was of much help...

got upgraded to Business room because my superior room was not available. Hotel location and shopping environment were positive. Bfast is lame, too local. no Ham even on request. Staffs do not speak english so it was tough to communicate. Wifi only in the lobby (21st century is here already!) tough for business travelers. Value for money is 3/5

this hotel definitely has a "local" feel. its not very close to the places foreigners like to frequent. Gym leaves a lot to be desired: has treadmills a few machines and some rusty dumbbells. On the positive side: The reception staff spoke english well enough. there is a foodhall in the attached mall that is well stocked. Many atms across the street in the ITC mall.
