Pleasant night in Shenzhen
Pros:

Never heard of this Chinese brand before and decided to give a try. It is a solid five-star hotel slightly away from downtown Shenzhen. Design is modern and room spacious with a nice city view. It is recently refurbished so everything is new. Breakfast is great with plenty of options. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Everything else was good or great, especially the gym, breakfast and the way the hotel was designed, but my bed was a bit bent down. Felt like the mattress had seen its best days already. Overall a very pleasant experience however.

Pros:

出張で４泊しました。
朝ごはん、６時半にスタートですが、６時半には料理は半分くらいしか準備ができていません。ラーメンカウンターのコックが愛想悪く、作ってくれと言っても無視。
コーヒーマシンは動いてないこともある。

十分ほど歩くと繁華街らしきものがあり、レストラン、ショッピングできます。

ベッドメイク、二日目に髪の毛残ってました。

フロントスタッフは親切です。

Not an international hotel
Pros:

I know it sounds little poor but no one in the hotel spoke any english.i stay for 5 days at this hotel and for an internation hotel to only have chinese speaking staff is a little wired. Its not that i expected them to speak english but i could have managed with french, Italian or spainish. Should change the name to Grand Skylight Local Hotel.

Pros:

직원들은 친절하고, 아침 식사도 훌륭하였습니다.

호텔이 위치한 곳의 특성 상, 주변 편의 시설은 없었습니다. 출장이어서 주변에 편의 시설이 없는 것은 크게 문제가 되지 않았습니다.
그러나, 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 납니다. 냄새를 없애기 위해 에어컨을 강하게 틀었으나, 에어컨의 성능이 만족할 만하지 않았습니다.

房間乾淨清爽，空調溫度也很穩定，第二次入住了，健身房只有三台跑步機，疑似有開放非房客使用，很難搶到，附近吃的選擇少比較麻煩而已，但附近有公車輕軌到清湖，很方便

Very good hotel for business stay
Pros:

I stayed here for 3 nights in Jan 2019 . I was on a business trip. I could get there Veg Pizza and Veg Sandwich for dinner so it was good ! Room was great on 8th floor. They had a russian lady at reception so talking in english was much better . Just behind this hotel there is a small mall where Pizza Hut is there
