I liked the location of the hotel, also the behviour of the staff towards the customers

Very disappointed with this hotel.
The overall appearance when you arrive it feels the hotel is very poor, dirty and low quality.
Found the room to be quite dirty, old, stains everywhere, no view at all (and i booked a room with view of the han river).
Went to have breakfast as this is what i booked and there was no choice but only fried eggs... is it really a breakfast!?
So i skipped breakfast.
During the night i felt thirsty so i looked for th USUAL 2 free bottles of water that EVERY HOTEL offers here in Vietnam (and i would say in the rest of the world).
Found the 2 bottles, and double checked on the price list if by any chance i had to pay for it... there was no water listed on that price list.
Took the 2 bottles of 500 ml of water and drunk them.
At the checkout i was charged 20.000 VND for the 2 bottles of waters.
I complained (not for the fact that they were too expensive - and by the wy they were compared to local prices), but i complained for the fact that FIRST there was no written anywhere that those 2 bottles had to be paid and SECOND because no other hotel would charge for the 2 free bottles of water.
Extremely disappointed and won't come back anymore.
Definitely no recommended.
Oh forgot to say that as soon as i arrived the receptionist said that they upgraded my room to a room with window... and i immediately corrected here saying THAT IS NOT AN UPGRADE THAT IS WHAT I BOOKED... and i had to show her that in my booking there was explicitly cited ROOM WITH CITY VIEW or HAN river... btw eventually the room that i was given had nothing of it.
Very disappointed.

Location in the city center, near the Han market
The room is very bad, there is no toilet paper, the staff are not friendly, even using phone while talking to guests
There are many hotels around it better

Hotel look tidy,clean and everything is prepared.The receptionist name Carly Ellis also very good service,nice smile,pretty face,polite and she was so patient to explain everything for us and she did recomend some famous and beatiful place for us to visit.i wish to visit da nang again in future and i will stay back in this hotel again

I loved this hotel so much. Our room was great. All of the staff were fantastic and so friendly. We got greeted on arrival by the lovely Carly who brought us a welcome
drink and gave us great advice on things to do during our stay in Da Nang, which was great. We had Double Room which was very spacious!. Our room was super clean and I slept so well in the comfy bed. We also had a great patio in our floor which had a fantastic city view. I look forward to staying in this hotel again in my honeymoon!!!

This hotel has the type of bed i needed, but the rest is ok. Nothing special, everything is normal, no fancy, typical Vietnamese hotel. Not recommend this place but if you just stay here for a few days then it's okay, near Center of the city.

Room was dirty, mouldy and stunk.
Breakfast was terrible- the tablecloths were filthy.
We had no toilet paper.
Bedding and mattress was stained.
The floor was rotting throughout with dampness.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel staff was friendly n location wise ok. But the hotel is quite old n they r renovating the upper floors. Was noisy early in the morning. Room was dusty but bed n bathroom was alright. Not recommended for family with kids. The condition din bother us as we left at 8am n return after 9pm. Price is cheap
