Pros:

A localização é perfeita a simpatia dos funcionários é excelente. A equipa de animação é incrível.

Cons:

A comida é muito pobre para um hotel de 4 estrelas. São poucos funcionários para um hotel tão grande causando enormes filas para ter bebidas

Desilusión de Hotel 🏨
Pros:

Hola , lo más que me gustó fué poder salir a la playa . Pero el hotel necesita reformas y sobre todo personas que realmente se ocupen de que todo el Personal cumpla con su trabajo .

Cons:

No me gustó que el personal de piscina la mayoría trata con mala educación, dejan jugar con pelotas cuando pone que está prohibido, los clientes necesitan descansar y no les importó. En dirección se les dijo y al día siguiente todo fué igual . Limpieza horrible por poco personal ,hotel viejo ,sucio , cucas pequeñas caminando por las paredes en el comedor . No está adaptado para discapacidad los baños nos dijeron que solo tenían 6 habitaciones preparadas y el hotel lleno de personas como nosotros que se sentían engañados con bañeras para acceder a la ducha.
A la hora de buffet colas inmensas para pedir de tomar y en tu turno siempre faltaba algo para un cóctel 🍹 y eso que era finales de Junio .
Mala organización desde los más Grandes que son los que tienen que saber llevar un Hotel para que todo vaya en funcionamiento.

Pros:

Buena comida en general aunque poca variedad en los postres

Cons:

No nos gustó lo apartado que estaba nuestro apartamento de la zona de recepción y comedor. El comedor estaba abarrotado sin control, colas interminables para esperar por la comida hecha al momento.Las instalaciones también eran pésimas, necesita varias reformas.

Замена кроватей/ матрасов и сразу общяя оценка поднимется
Pros:

Персонал. Местоположение. Питание все на 10+

Cons:

Ужасно неудобный матрас (очень старый жесткий с пружинами) спать не возможно после предложения персонала подстелить несколько одеял - немного лучше, но за отдых на получилось поспать нормально ни одной ночи, весь позвоночник, шея болят. Отель требует ремонта (замена, эмалировка ванн, ремонт и покраска стен…., но это не сильно сказывается на комфорте отдыха. А вот комфортный сон очень важен .

Die Strandlage mit Liegen am /im Sandstrand, viele Möglichkeiten einen guten Platz am Schwimmbad zu finden.
Die Größe der Zimmer.

Die Unruhe im Speisesaal, die Hektik am Buffet. Die Öffnungszeiten sollten länger sein, von7h bis 11h, von 13h bis 16h, von 19h bis 22h.
