Pros:

The hotel and breakfast was right by the water and we were able to watch the sea lions.

Cons:

There seems to be a big fight between the hotel and the restaurant and they are sabotaging each other. the restaurant was playing loud music during the night such that we could not sleep. The hotel provided us with a different room in the middle of the night which was great, but sill a terrible experience overall.

Realizamos una reserva con la habitacion superior la verdas que muy bien,muy comoda y limpia,, con compañia de lobbos marinos y tiburones a simple vista desde el hotel, disponibilidad de forma gratuita de bicicletas y padelsurf,en general bien

Cons:

El personal de recepcion un poco soso,precio bastante caro para el hotel que es,en las imagenes nos ofrece terraza para desayuno y restaurante enorme y a nuestra llegada nos hiban a mandar a otro local a 2 linia porque el aforo del hotel no estaba lleno,al final no fue asi pero solo habia 5 mesas para usar,con ningun tipo de terraza ni restaurante,adjunto imajenes

Great stay
Pros:

Fantastic location with great breakfast by the sea. Nice room with balcony. Free tea, coffee, water, bycicles

Cons:

They asked for 140 USD for transfer from the airport - that's honestly ridiculous :) also the costs of their tours is off the market

Pros:

I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed. Was not offered any refund or other compensation. The tour was not inexpensive and feel I was completely lied to and intentionally misled.

Pros:

I stayed in the Wolf suite- BEST view on the island! It was dreamy… the restaurant smells were great and made me hungry… the restaurant itself,(not associated with the hotel) meh. The staff was friendly, but they want to make money off of you- so save your money and go into the town and book your own activities. You’ll save a ton of money. But I liked this place. Very accommodating. It was a little noisy- lots of birds in the rafters and lizards coming in and out… but I actually enjoyed them. I had ample hot water - the best shower! Definitely a suite for lovers although I didn’t have one with me- it left me wishing I did.

Pros:

If you stay here make sure you get a receipt when you pay your room tab. When I got home I received a bill for what I paid for already. I was told everything was good when I checked out. A lady the day before also had trouble with her room tab.
