One Crescent Place

A quiet and peaceful place, 4 minutes walk from the beach. Friendly staff and nice garden for breakfast. Nice room on the 3rd floor, good AC. 7/11 right down the street. The only thing I could wish for was better coffee. Instant coffee is somehow not good enough when you come from one of the most coffee drinking nations.

Really great! Big thanks to the front desk staff and also the cook staff! All amazing, love the location and the outside view of the place, unique ❤️ Very accommodating.

Great location, delicious breakfast, staff are very friendly and helpful, the only negative is the room has some insects like ants and mosquitoes also the Air condition is set up on slowest speed and it takes for ever for the room to get cold ,water heater doesn't work and the TV has zero channels the front desk told us the only way to watch TV is to mirror your phone to TV 😊.

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. In house laundry service was very convenient and affordable. The breakfast each day was always very good.

Although not located on the beachfront, this hotel is well-positioned in quiet surroundings. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was effective, and the shower was great. I tried various breakfast options, all of which were fantastic. The staff are kind and friendly. I appreciated the free beach towels and beach mats. Having a hop-on, hop-off bus stop just a few metres away is very convenient. Highly recommended!

I booked a room for my parents for their wedding anniversary and they enjoyed their stay. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Truly, it is in a quiet spot in the central area of Station 1. Just a short and safe walk to White Beach & nearby must-go to restaurants like Sunny Side Cafe, True Home Bistro and Island Chicken Inasal (best bbq! Go early to avoid crowd).
Definitely, value for money. Feels like home away from home. Highly recommended!

Pros:
1. Location: One Crescent Place is tucked in a quiet and scenic nook on Loop Rd on the island. 5-minute walk from the beach and even less to the main road for public transportation.
3. Service: Excellent and they help with your belongings. They have a connection for scooter rentals.
4. Hospitality: You are greeted when arriving and leaving the hotel.
5. Food: The free breakfast is filling and homey. The options are pretty good. Classic continental; pancakes and bacon.

Cons:
1. Accessibility: Not suited for people with disabilities. No elevator. Kindly request the driver to pull in front of the hotel for easier loading/unloading.

I really liked this Hotel. Its back about 2 blocks from the main road so you have to walk a little ways off the street to get to it. Its mixed within a Filipino neighborhood so you get a kind of local experience. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only issue is there is no elevator, but the staff carried my bags up and down the stairs. Its located in Station 1 so it is much quieter than other parts.

Great location, friendly staff & clean rooms. We loved our first stay here that's why we decided to book this hotel the second time around. This hotel is just a few minutes walk to the beach and offers a pleasant stay especially at night when you just want some peace and quiet.

The best staff ever! Super accommodating and took great care of us like a family member! Highly recommended if you like peaceful nights, literally walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants and shops! This is my go to place when we visit Boracay!

Excellent place to stay if you are on a budget and are not looking for frills. The place is a short walk to Station 1 and is not beach front. This didn’t bother us as our surroundings were quiet and safe, with trees as our view. The hotel is old and in need of refurbishing. The towels were ratty and discolored. New towels would not have cost that much and would’ve made a huge difference. Toiletries were basic - shampoo and small soap bars. The body wash container was empty and no toothbrushes were provided. Housekeeping should do a better job because we discovered men’s underwear hanging behind one of the bathroom doors; we were all women - yuck!

Free breakfast selections were all good and the service was excellent. The staff were quiet and not annoyingly chatty around guests. HOWEVER, the night shift receptionist (a man with long hair) would go up and down the stairs at 11PM and 5AM to turn the lights on and off, with his clacking slippers making so much noise on the wooden stairs that it kept waking us up!!! How was he not aware of the noise that he was making?? We only tolerated it because we thought it was fellow guests who were making the noise, but I could no longer contain my annoyance and stepped out as soon as I was awakened again, to find out who it was. Please do something about training your staff regarding these basic, common sense courtesies to guests!

One Crescent Place Boracay had been our home for a few days while my family was on Christmas holiday and it was great. We were impressed with how kind and accommodating the staff were. The place is clean, peaceful and was a walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the church. Truly we had an amazing time! We will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.
