Pros:

Very nice quiet hotel in convenient location. Very Nice pool and views from roof top. We had to meet our tour before breakfast was served, I bet their breakfast was Yum!

Upkeep to hotel lacking ,Sink in room and taps corroded , Behind bed there were drapes but on opening drapes ,we were looking on garbage maybe from next property bur not a pleasant view .Generally the property could be cared for better .It was too expensive comparing our stay in Mexico city for 6 nights 3 nights here were almost as expensive . Staff did accommodate a late check out and charged for same.. Fresh water was not provided after initial day nor were coffee capsules. Came out of shower to find no hair dryer had to go to front reception to request one. Four star is not warranted. Gown and slippers not provided .

Stunning hacienda that is even nicer than the photos! We felt so relaxed here.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hacidena de las Flores! It's in an absolutely beautiful hacienda that looks even nicer than the photos. Our room was very large and spacious, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and TV with Netflix. We particularly enjoyed using the pool during the day which was heated, and the views of the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. The property is in a great location and we felt like it was great value for the price we paid. We felt so relaxed here and would definitely stay again!

Nice stay. Good location. Price is good.
Pros:

The property is beautiful . We were there twenty years ago and it’s still the same minus the Pool.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were a little worn.
No heating so floors were very cold.

Enjoyable but over priced.

The location is great. The gardens are beautiful. It is an older hotel with old Mexican charm.

Big size of the room, clean and confortable bed and sheets, clean room, good wifi, beautiful gardends and view from the room.

Cons:

Cleaninless of shower floor not good. The hotel does not have 24 hrs parking lot. breakfast not good. Service during the breakfast by only 1 person, impossible to achive it by herlself, even when trying.

Pros:

Hotel in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la cittadina ed a un giardino interno, veramente molto bello. Un’oasi di tranquillità.

Cons:

Le camere sono vecchie e rumorose, andrebbero decisamente rimodernate. La nostra ad esempio non aveva le doppie tende e di conseguenza per non essere visti all’interno occorreva chiudere le tende da notte e stare al buio… il frigo era molto vecchio e rumoroso, tanto da doverlo staccare nella notte per poter dormire. Infine, a colazione decisamente scarsa rispetto al prezzo pagato.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente scadente.

Property states a bar on the premises - not the case - drinks in a refrigerator and staff has to unlock and provide them for you - if you enjoy being sociable in the hotel this is not the case - more like an air bnb

Prachtig hotel:, super sfeervol en comfortabel
Pros:

Super sfeervol verblijf, heerlijke bedden, top locatie midden in het hart van San Miguel de Allende en toch rustig. Zwembad en tuin zijn heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.

This place has huge potential - right now a 3-4 star hotel - could be 5 star with just a little effort

Room with the view was fabulous - although the climb to get there was tough. An elevator would have bee nice

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing- after fist morning we did breakfast outside the hotel on our own - much better.
