خاب ظني هذه المره للأسف ، غير مريحة بسبب التكييف و عدم تنظيف الغرفة
Pros:

طبيعة الحال ، تعودت على هذا الفندق و اصبح بيتي الثاني و كل شي فيه لطيف إلا ان هناك بعض الأمور المزعجة بين زيارة و أخرى

Cons:

1. عدم تنضيف غرفتي لمده 5 ايام و هذا غير مقبول !!
2. التكييف كان سيء جداً جداً و الغرفة حاره !!

التكييف سيئ جدا جدا جدا سكنت في الطابق 58 وغيرو الغرفة الى 59 ونفس المشكله التكييف نار جهنم الممرات لايوجد فيها تكييف الا الاستقبال فقط الاصنصير يتاخر كثير حصلت عندي في الدورة المياة تسريب التلفزيون لايعمل ولايوجد نظام سمارت بالمختصر لانصح فيه ابدا

حجزت غرفتين مع الإفطار، لكل غرفه شخصين ،تفاجئت من موظف الاستقبال بالمطعم بأن الإفطار لا يشمل اثنين من كل غرفه فقط يشمل شخص واحد،، وبعد الحديث معه لم يسمح لنا بدخول ابمطعم ورجعنا لإدارة الحجوزات بالفندق وبعد الحديث والمشادة معهم تم تصحيح البيانات ،،،يرجى الأخذ في الحسبان فالمستقبل ان كل شي تمام 👌
