Hevertheless we had a non refundable tariff but we did an effort to postpone, change, pay additionally for the future offers, but the staff wasn’t friendly with us claiming it’s Booking’s reponsibility to speak with them

Booking also made an effort but they never responded

I hope the hotel was good but they never responded to us in a friendly manner

my stay was awesome and great. Sharing one of the view from our room.

this is my 2nd time coming in the hotel it is still amazing. Planning to stay more if given the chance.

had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help specially, the valet staff, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others.
