I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly, especially Ahmed, who was very helpful and supportive throughout my stay. The hotel location is perfect, with a beautiful view. The hotel is very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The metro station is very close, located right in front of the hotel. I will definitely book the same hotel again on my next visit to Dubai.

A reggeli még mindig jó, az elhelyezkedés fantasztikus.
Esténként a meleg vízre sokat kellett várni a fürdőben. A lift az katasztrofálisan működik. Lejutni sokszor 10 perbe telik. Volt külső vendégünk akivel fel mentünk a medencéhez délután 3 után. Két óra volt még naplementéig de az egész napi díjat ki kellett fizetni. Ez szerintem nem túl vendég barát.

the cleanliness of the room, the room service is too slow, the fridge didn’t work, outlets sometimes don’t work, the hotel smells bad, first room they put us in had nails on the sofa and someone’s garbage in the cabinets, room interior very old looking
Het hotel is heel gunstig gelegen (tegenover metro-station). Met name het uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel (van alle afdelingen) maakt het verblijf daar heerlijk.
Wij hadden dit jaar wat overlast van het renoveren van de hotelkamers. In de ochtend (vaak tussen 08.30 en 09.30 uur was er veel geluidsoverlast omdat er gehamerd werd). Verder moet je soms wat langer wachten op de lift op piektijden (tijdens ontbijt).

First of all I would like to tell that location & personal were excellent. My special thanks to Radia for the great support and nice conversations which are uploading travelers mood after long flights delay. Radia is part of reception’s team. The team are serving 24/7 fast and professional. (With verbal approval of Radia, I am posting the photo of the person responsible for the travelers good mood.)
