Cons:

Is it really reasonable to start construction work at 7 or 8 AM, with loud drilling and construction noise while guests are still sleeping?

This is a hotel, and guests are paying to rest and sleep comfortably. Starting such noisy work so early in the morning is completely unacceptable and shows very poor consideration for your guests.

Honestly, how is anyone supposed to sleep under these conditions?

The location is ideal for World Trade Center and DIFC visitors

The metro is directly infront of the hotel building

Opt for the higher floors facing SZR and receive a lovely view

Cons:

Woke up to banging around 8am every day I was there

The hot water was sometimes hot and sometimes warm

The main entrance is at the back and you have to walk around the building - they do have doors facing SZR but they weren’t open - not ideal when it’s very hot outside
