Único ponto negativo que não tinha elevador,estava com criança e fiquei em 2 lances de escada acima, deveriam por algum bercinho ou caminha para as crianças nao pagantes,pois acaba se tornando apertado dormir 3 pessoas em uma cama de casal

Pros:

Localização excelente, funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã muito bom, tapioca recheada e com variedade feita na hora, o quarto estava limpinho, não tem estacionamento próprio, mas dá pra colocar o carro na rua lateral ao hotel e também tem estacionamento particular na frente do hotel.
Hotel está passando por reforma e quando for deve estar melhor de estrutura, custo benefício excelente.
No quarto tem uma quadra roupa com cabides que dá para guardar bem as roupas.

Cons:

Hotel antigo, está passando por reforma, não sei como vai ficar depois.
O colchão de mola antigo tava muito ruim, pra quem tem problema de coluna vai ser bem ruim pra dormir, eu consegui dormir bem.
O frigobar estava enferrujado, mas funcionando certinho.
Assim, pelo preço que foi cobrado tá justo pelo que tão oferecendo, e aquilo se você quer luxo tem que pagar, é proporcional.
A estrutura do quarto é simples, porém tudo pintado certinho.

Café da manhã

Cons:

Atendimento no Check-in foi péssimo, a atendente estava conversando com outra pessoa da equipe e não dava atenção ao hóspede, havia uma obra na recepção, muita poeira e sujeira no chão, a poeira se embrenhou pela brecha da porta do quarto que estava sujo, o hotel não tem estacionamento próprio tem um em frente que cobra $ 50 apenas pelo pernoite.

Pros:

Somente a localização é boa. Em um dia mudamos de quarto duas vezes e as duas vezes as camas eram horríveis. Passamos o dia sem energia e os atendentes não deram a mínima
