Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinem Makel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.
Sehr gute Lage
Reichlich mit Getränken gefüllte Minibar.
Fahrstuhl und Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Bis auf das Problem mit dem fehlenden Shampoo war alles in Ordnung, dafür muss ich aber 1 Punkt von 10 abziehen also gibt es von mir nur 9.

Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

Cons:

Shampoo in der Dusche war bei Anreise leer und ein Nachfüller konnte um 22:30 Uhr nicht zum Zimmer hoch gebracht werden, ich musste es von der Rezeption holen.
Hier wurden meine Erwartungen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht erfüllt, wenn man schon nass in der Dusche steht...

Good, clean simple basic accommodation with no frills.
Pros:

Simple clean accommodation. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Not at the level of a 4 star hotel. Very small and limited breakfast facilities. No additional facilities such as gym or pool etc. Shower was in the bedroom, not a separate en-suite. No coffee or water provided in the room. Only a mini-bar which was chargeable.

Ein sehr schönes, kleines und sehr gepflegtes Stadthotel welches man perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Düsseldorf auswählen sollte.
Personal, Zimmer, Frühstück und die Lage lassen keine Wünsche offen, wir waren sehr zufrieden!
