retorno pois a experiência em geral é ok.

O atendimento, o tamanho do quarto, a limpeza e o café da manhã são ótimo pontos.

Cons:

O quarto é extremamente frio, ficamos no 121 e a janela do quarto de casal não tem nenhuma vedação o que nos fez dormir com todas as cobertas e por vezes preferir ficar fora do quarto. Para dormir tentamos colocar papel na janela para inibir a entrada de vento. Considerando que pegamos 12 graus, o apartamento é no último andar e que o apartamento como um todo era bem gelado. Sugiro cuidado com as cobertas e mantas, em nosso quarto duas estavam rasgadas, o que pode conotar falta de cuidado e zelo.
