Beautiful hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff
Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful.
Early check in
Room upgrade
Welcome snacks
Filling up baby bottles of milk when requested in the restaurant
Information about surrounding area.
Stunning restaurant next door would highly recommend called Fuior.
Close walking distance to main strip but also cute side streets full of lovely buildings and cafes.
Park is close by which was perfect for playing in the snow.

Highly recommend to stay here when in town!
Pros:

Bed was just amazing.
Personnel at the reception/bar/restaurant were beyond welcoming, very attentive, and most importantly they were so genuine! I honestly felt like home.

Live piano music at the breakfast is a cherry on top of the cake! Had a wonderful weekend there, thank you 🤍

Cons:

We chose hotel initially because it was a top spa hotel in the city, hence we felt really frustrated to find out at the check in that spa area was closed for renovation and only massage was available.

Pros:

Чистота, цена/качество отлично, расположение. Очень хороший выбор еды на завтраке.

Cons:

Не всегда был персонал, владеющий русским языком. В такой стране как Молдова ожидаешь русскоговорящий персонал.

Pros:

Good location, restaurants

Cons:

Zaxi always full friday, saturdays.
Front desk staff rude.
Cannot accept touch based credit cards (such as apple pay)
Wine at room but no wine opener, also warm wines.
Booking.con reservation not reflects to hotel system promptly although I got confirmation their system needs 10 minutes for reservation sync.

Pros:

Великолепный отель с красивыми интерьерами.
Два отличных ресторана с большим выбором разнообразных блюд.
Круглосуточное обслуживание.
Очень приветливый, вежливый и клиентоориентированный персонал.

Мне здесь всё очень нравится — каждый раз останавливаюсь именно в этом отеле.
