We had the pleasure of being assisted by Iana at the Radisson Blu Chișinău between 1–10 June 2026, and the experience was simply exceptional. From the very first to the very last moment, she was incredibly attentive, responsive to any request, and provided impeccable, consistent service, without any compromise.

We travel frequently and have stayed in top hotels worldwide, including at the Ritz in Paris and the Waldorf Astoria in New York, where the service standards are internationally renowned. Nevertheless, the level of professionalism, care, and dedication that Iana demonstrated at the Radisson Blu Chișinău far exceeded our expectations, including those formed in such iconic locations.

Iana is a rare example of discipline and intelligence, combined with genuine empathy and a constant willingness to help. She is attentive to details, truly listens to guests’ needs, and always finds quick and flexible solutions, without ever losing her smile or the elegance of her interaction. This combination of professionalism, composure, and human warmth means that any request is not only resolved, but anticipated.

Throughout our stay, Iana showed an exemplary attitude: present, but never intrusive; efficient, yet warm and empathetic at the same time. Her service is, without exaggeration, at a level that could be used as a case study for the hospitality industry – a benchmark for what modern hospitality at international standards should look like.

I wholeheartedly recommend that the management of the Radisson Blu Chișinău appreciate and support Iana, as she perfectly represents the brand and raises the service standard to a level comparable to, or even higher than, many luxury hotels in major capitals around the world. Thanks to her, the Radisson Blu Chișinău is not just a very good hotel, but becomes a destination in itself, to which we cannot wait to return.

Hotel miejski, biznesowy, ale chyba najlepszy z dostępnych w Kiszyniowie. Wysoka jakość obsługi wyczuwalna na każdym kroku. Personel zachwycił nas spełniając nasze dodatkowe prośby. Zmieniono nam pokój standard na pokój z oknem. Odnaleziono zagubione kosmetyki. Bogate i obfite śniadanie. Uroku dodawała muzyka na żywo podczas śniadania. Świetny bar na dwóch ostatnich piętrach. Ogólnie elegancka, ale nie sztywna atmosfera. Gorąco polecam i wrócę chętnie, jeśli tylko będę ponownie w Kiszyniowie.
