We would like to highlight some positive aspects of our stay. The housekeeping service was very good, and we truly appreciate the effort and professionalism of the cleaning staff. Additionally, the breakfast service staff, especially the Ukrainian waitress, was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their attitude made a positive impression despite the overall experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several major issues. We experienced a refusal of check-in despite a prepaid reservation, lack of empathy from reception staff, and no option to leave luggage. Additionally, there was an unexplained €100 charge, repeated problems with room key cards, non-functioning air conditioning, poor breakfast quality, a closed restaurant in the evening, and having to wait outside the hotel at night. The inconsistent invoices at check-out also raised serious concerns.

Bolo by fajn ak by hotelové zariadenie dbalo na väčšiu čistotu lebo toaleta bola už pri mojom príchode zašpinená.
