Pros:

Amazing views from the hotel, breakfast and dinner ok nothing special. Our room really needed maintenance. One wall was really moist (picture), we went to wellness area and when we were checking out they wanted us to pay 12€/guest, but I complained because the jacuzzi was not in use and the saunas were not hot, so we were there max 10minutes.

People working in the hotel are very friendly and nice.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, die Natur ist herrlich. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Frühstück ist ausgiebig, mir persönlich fehlten Tomaten und Gurken. Das Abendessen war mittelmäßig. Es gab zwar einiges an Auswahl, aber die Speisen waren größtenteils geschmacklos. Enttäuschend war das Wellnessangebot, drei von 6 Saunen waren außer Betrieb, wie auch der Eisspender. Der Whirlpool und der Außenpool waren geschlossen. Highlight war, dass man uns die Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs extra berechnen wollte. Wenn man sich als Wellnesshotel deklariert, sollte das wohl im Preis inkludiert sein. So kenne das von anderen Wellnesshotels.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to help with a special request. Breakfasts and dinners have a good variety. Wellness area operates all year round. Room is clean and offers a great view from its balcony. Hiking trails start next to the hotel. Parking is free and right outside the hotel. It was difficult to drive here the first time: Waze and Google Maps were giving wrong directions. The road to the hotel is great (but narrow and curvy), only the last 600 m is an off-road drive.

Het hotel is absoluut de moeite waard. Echter, de bergpas ernaar toe was wel een ding.

Awful service
Pros:

The description here in hotel.com was not achieved by the hotel. The description said, apartment at the main building, but the lady at the reception gave us the furthest apartment, even though she knew that we have two toddlers, a lot of luggage and we have to leave at 3 am the next day. She also wanted us to pay the hotel a cleaning fee whuch obviously not stated at the description.
