Pros:

De ligging is ideaal, het hotel zelf is heel mooi,heel goed ontbijt , vriendelijk personeel, hele mooie kamers , goede bedden . Een hotel om zeker nog een keer terug te komen

Sehr netter Aufenthalt, nette freundliche Menschen und Personal. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel sehr gut weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Hopfensee. Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück gute Eier, Speisen, unterschiedliche frische Obstsorten und Gemüse. Verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten über den Kaffeeautomaten zu erhalten. Sehr schöne, geräumige Zimmer in der von uns gewählten Kategorie. Viertes OG vollkommen neu renoviert beziehungsweise neu aufgesetzt. Sehr schöner interessanter Spabereich in zwei Ebenen.

Cons:

Die Bar ist leider immer nur bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet jetzt zur WM etwas schwierig. Kopfkissen könnten aus meiner Sicht etwas mehr Volumen haben. Hier würde ich mir eine Art Konzept für unterschiedliche Schlafgewohnheiten wünschen. Pool etwas zu warm circa 28-30° im Sommer zur Abkühlung, etwas zu Hot.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für mich nicht gestimmt. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, jedoch aber nur Standard. Die indirekte Beleuchtung hinter dem Fernseher war nicht richtig angebracht und die Dielen auf den Balkon wackelig. An der Rezeption sind einige wichtige Informationen, die für die Gäste wichtig gewesen wären, aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren untergegangen.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, welches reichhaltiges und lecker war.

Location and how new it was. Everything was clean

Cons:

This property shouldn’t be open yet. It’s too new. Not everything is working. They are still fixing thing. Air conditioning wasn’t fully working. And don’t get me started with the elevator, that this takes forever. Even the numbers aren’t correct. And for the price

See-Idylle nahe Märchenschloss
Pros:

Sehr schönes, super sauberes Zimmer. Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios und die Ruhe wunderbar, auch dank hochwertigen Fenstern und Bauweise.
Alles sehr schön gemacht und durchdacht, somit Platzangebot gut ausgenutzt. Frühstück sehr gut mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See.
Hopfensee idyllisch mit Bergen und Aussicht auf Schloss Neuschwahnstein in der Ferne.

Cons:

Personal freundlich, beim Empfang etwas angestrengt, Tagesform. Parkplatz sehr praktisch - unbedingt vorher buchen.
Infinity- Pool ist größere Badewanne, Sprudler konnten wir nicht starten, aber alles tod-schick und tolle Aussicht.
Alles in allem für uns eine Entdeckung und nochmal Lob für die wertige und solide Ausstattung des Hauses und des Zimmers (effektive Kühlung angenehm leise und Abdunkelung sehr gut!!!), dem nur von weitem anzusehen ist, dass es eigentlich ein Betonklotz war.
Einziger Wunsch: Die Zwangs-Beleuchtung auf den Balkonen an der Frontseite ist sehr hell zieht Falter etc an, setzt die Nutzer ungewünscht in Szene und sollte individuell abschaltbar sein.

Sehr gut, hat es uns gefallen 😉 Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünschen konnte. Lage, direkt am See 🙃 Wellnesbereich lies keine Wünsche offen 🤩

Cons:

Es wurde gerade renoviert, Treppengeländer wurde ausgetauscht. Dadurch kam es zu Baulärm. Aber, das muss ja auch gemacht werden. Ansonsten alled tip top 🫣

Pros:

The property was new, exceptionally clean. It offered one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

Wir hatte tolle Tage im Hotel und am See!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, trotz aktueller Baustelle direkt am See vor der Tür!
Das Frühstück ist gut!
Ausblick vom Balkon war fabelhaft!

Cons:

Schade war wie unflexibel das Hotel mit einer möglichen Umbuchung umging. Wir wollten ungeplant spontan einen Tag später anreisen und somit einen Tag später Abreisen!
Samstags ist "kein" Abreisetag! So blieb uns nur einen Tag später, ohne Erstattung, anzureisen!
Es gibt immer eine Möglichkeit, dafür zu Sorgen das man trotzdem eine positiveren Eindruck hinterlässt. Und wenn es nur eine Getränk an der Bar gewesen wäre!

Beautiful views, breakfast and room were lovely
Pros:

Unfortunately we got stuck in traffic and arrived very late. we did not get to enjoy everything they had to offer, but what we did experience was amazing.
