Spokojenost, pohodlný apartmán
Pros:

Moc milý a ochotný personál na recepci. Kevin nám hned při příjezdu nabídl sklenici vody k osvěžení, zajistil nám kyblík s ledem a zmrzlinou zdarma a taky větrák na pokoj (až se tedy nějaký uvolnil). Přijeli jsme totiž v těch 40° vedrech a pokoj nemá klimatizaci. Pokoj a hlavně koupelna byly prostorné, čisté s pohodlnou postelí a lednička s mikrovlnkou. Úklid vždy na vyžádání. Super lokalita se snadnou dopravou v blízkosti do centra.

Cons:

Pokoj nemá klimatizaci - při těch vysokých teplotách se nedalo na pokoji moc vydržet. V kuchyňce chyběl hrneček nebo miska - sice byla lednička, mikrovlnka - ale nebylo v čem si udělat kafe či polévku :D koupili jsme v nedalekém obchodě a nechali na pokoji gratis.
Dva dny po sobě byl velký hluk ve dvoře u restaurace, ostatních bytů/pokojů - večírek běžel do 3 do rána - nebylo to moc příjemné a nikdo si na noční klid nepotrpí. Ostatní dny byl ale klid - celkově na Berlín a danou lokalitu jsme byli spokojeni.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber. Frühstück gut.
Der Hinterhof, nett hergerichtet, konnte man draußen sitzen, selbst bei Regen, geschützt durch große Sonnenschirme.

Cons:

Leider waren die Kopfkissen nicht so schön, ein Austausch wäre angebracht.

Gerne wieder - aber nicht mehr im Sommer
Pros:

Ich habe noch nie ein Hotelzimmer betreten, was so gut nach frisch gewaschener Wäsche gerochen hat. Es war sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Lage war auch gut. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren ohne Klimaanlage ausgestattet und ab morgens bis abends hat die Sonne auf die Fenster geknallt. Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit die Hitze auszusperren und es hatte über 30 Grad im Zimmer. Aus Verzweiflung haben wir uns einen Ventilator gekauft um die kommenden Nächte überstehen zu können.

Sink in my room was missing. Lock on one of the two shared bathrooms was also missing. Fortunately there were not many other people using the remaining bathroom.

Ein gut geführtes Hotel. In der heißen Jahreszeit fehlt die Klimaanlage.
Pros:

Das Doppelzimmer war geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg benötigt man zur nächsten U-Bahnhaltestelle. Das Personal in der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Wir nutzten das Zimmer während einer Periode der Rekordhitze. Die dunklen Zimmervorhänge halfen ein wenig, die Sonnenstrahlen aus dem Zimmer zu verbannen. Eine Klimanlage wäre auf für die Hotelzimmer sicherlich mehr als nur hilfreich. Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Kommt man aus dem Trubel der Stadt zurück, wirkt diese Straße wie eine kleine Oase. Die Lindenbäume säumen die Straße und vermitteln Ruhe.

Pros:

Siisti hotelli. Kahden hengen sänky kapea, kovahko. Ilmastointia ei ole. Aamiainen suppea, mutta nälkäiseksi ei jää. Kadulla meksikolaista, aasialaista ja italialaista ruokaa. Rautatieasema lähellä, helposti pääsee Berliinin keskustaan.
Muuten koko Berliinissä eikä Potsdamissa ei löytynyt aitoa saksalaista ruokaa. Etsitty hyvin. Leipomoita etsitty kissojen ja koirien kanssa. Berliinissä ei ole tunnetta, että olet Saksassa.
Wustermarkin Outlet on tosi köyhä. Useita brändejä ei ole.
Halusimme käydä Saksassa, mutta kävimme Berliinissä.

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, im Zimmer war es unbeschreiblich heiß! Für das Frühstück, so wie es angeboten wird, würde ich nichts bezahlen, wenn ich es nicht dazu gebucht hätte.! Die Auswahl extrem dürftig!! Die Joghurts und der Salat
sind ungekühllt und das bei der Hitze. Fliegen tummeln sich auf dem Schinken.
Es wird billiges Toastbrot und Aufbackbrötchen angeboten. Wer erst nach Neun Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, bekommt fast nichts mehr. Ich findes es zudem auch sehr unhygiensch, dass die Rezetionistinen, per Hand spülen, nebenbei Gäste ein checken und gleichzeitig mit den Lebensmitteln ohne Handschuhe hantieren. Der Bereich wo es das Frühstück gibt, wird als Restaurant bezeichnet. Interessant was sich heutzutage alles als Restaurant bezeichnen darf.
Das Hotel ist weder Zentral gelegen, so wie in der Beschreibung. Es liegt auch in einem eher bedenklichen Viertel der Stadt!! Alles im allem, würden ich es nicht weiter empfehlen.
