We would stay here again when visiting Oban. An overall great value for very nice lodging!
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops and a very short commute to the ferry port. There is some parking at the back of the property which is very convenient if you have a car. The property has updated, modern rooms that are very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and quite helpful. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, which was very good with generous portions.

Great stay.....but early bedtime🤦🏻‍♀️
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great staff, bed was really comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No fresh orange on offer at breakfast, had to ask for this. Also when we came back on the Friday night we were chilling in hotel having a few drinks and we were told that bar was closing at half 10 which is early but we were accepting of that, but we were also told we couldn't stay in the bar areas, asked to take drinks to room which isnt ideal. There may not be staff working after 11pm but the back door is open all night, perhaps a security issue there.

Terrible.
Pros:

Didn't book breakfast, fell ill on Friday night spent Saturday in bed booked out a day early staff just said bye would definitely not use this hotel again or recommend it to my family or friends

Cons:

Lack of atmosphere in main hotel coffee from the coffee machine was horrible noise from the road was terrible and as I was stuck in the room on Saturday the TV reception only uses WiFi and was non existent!!!
