Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Cheeky wee night in Oban and was just looking for something cheap and cheerful. We got better than we expected. The bed! So comfy! The shower! Fabulous. And to top it all...Tunnocks tea cakes in your room! Would definitely use this hotel again!

Pros:

Absolutely amazing service here! We made two bookings (like idiots!) and the team were beyond accommodating, linking them together to save confusion.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, a beautiful room with lovely genuine staff and located in the perfect spot.

Shockingly (especially coming from a hospitality background!) we had our room serviced daily without asking. I'd highly recommend it.

Pros:

Liked the central location to the town. Exceptional service from domestic services. Included bottled water which is not expected but great touch, as well as Tunnocks teacakes! Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Room was a bit on the small side with limited place for suitcases.

Ideal location
Pros:

The location is ideal only a short walk to the main sea front and ferry area. As you enter the hotel it has a lovely lounge and bar area it felt very welcoming. Our room was impeccably clean .

Cons:

We could hear other guests talking and also the noise from the TV in the next room , so better soundproofing would be beneficial for a good nights sleep
