Quando una struttura è davvero perfetta, diventa difficile spiegare cosa si sia apprezzato di più, perché si rischia inevitabilmente di tralasciare qualche dettaglio. Proverò comunque a raccontare la mia esperienza.
A partire dalla struttura stessa, perfettamente integrata nel territorio e impreziosita da una vista semplicemente incredibile, fino agli interni, estremamente curati, caratterizzati da uno stile essenziale ma allo stesso tempo caldo e accogliente. Un valore aggiunto fondamentale è senza dubbio il personale: dalla gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff della reception, del ristorante e del bar, fino alla preparazione, professionalità e simpatia delle guide durante le escursioni. Il ristorante offre una cucina di grande qualità, la spa è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo intense giornate di attività, e anche il servizio transfer, con autisti sempre puntuali e cordiali, contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno estremamente confortevole. Aggiungo inoltre che ho viaggiato da sola e, sin dal primo momento, mi sono sentita come in famiglia: un’atmosfera rassicurante che rende questa struttura perfetta anche per chi viaggia in solitaria.

The hotel is an exceptional building in a unique location: the views from our room and dining room took our breath away. The guided treks and walks were interesting and we saw so many amazing animals, birds and landscapes. The riding excursion on the ranch with a gaucho was a highlight. Each and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. An unforgettable stay.

The property location is excellent. Service is mostly excellent with some in consistency with food and service . One particular evening food was served cood and steak was essentially inedible! Serving staff that evening appeared disjointed and not up to the level of service experienced some days before

Everything. Mesmerizing property, amazing location, mostly nice food, the pools, lovely personnel, the manager is always on site and super kind, the excursions are great and the rangers are very very good and fun. This is a real treat, the attention to detail is unique, the beauty of the hotel is unforgettable. One of a kind.

The place, amenities and staff were outstanding. The food was absolutely extraordinary. I’d return 1000 times.

A warm welcome at our late night entrance set the tone for the rest of this luxurious all inclusive accommodation. Restaurant staff, eco tour guides were all personable and knowledgeable.
Hotel location just outside the boundaries of Torres de Paine national park allows majestic view of the Torres across El Sarmiento lake from all of the rooms.

We really loved our time at Tierra Patagonia! All the staff were amazing at their job and the location and surroundings were magical.
