Amazing place to stay!
Pros:

The Camden Town Hotel is without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Emma and Patrick, and all of the facilities, including the restaurant, we're amazing! They made my short stay in London that extra bit special and I am very much looking forward to going back there again soon! Cannot rate it highly enough!

Cons:

Not applicable!

Fantastic room, staff and location
Pros:

Firstly it was directly opposite my reason for staying (roundhouse) but the hotel itself was exceptional. Smooth as silk check in with the loveliest lady! Who kept a key back to give to the rest of my party when they arrived to save me having to come back down and check them in.
The room itself was much bigger than expected and very modern with tea/coffee and glass water bottles left for us. Bathroom was spotlessly clean, as was everything else other than the floor which was a little dusty.
Check out was just as smooth and they very kindly kept our luggage all day for us until we left London which was a massive help.
Breakfast was incredible and the hotel deal was worth the money especially if you have the big breakfast. Will definitely stay again

Cons:

Floor was a bit dusty, lights on the bunkbeds didn’t work

Excellent location, super friendly staff
Pros:

Really lovely friendly staff, great location opposite The Roundhouse, also appreciated I could open the window to get air in rather than relying on the fan. Rooms were extremely soundproof so no noise from corridor or other rooms.

Cons:

I booked a twin room and was given a double, luckily they had 1 twin left so we swapped. Apparently the hotel send you a msg after booking to state what room you would like but I just booked and forgot about it abd didn’t check msgs. As far as I was concerned if I had specified a twin with booking.com that should have been enough….bit of a weird booking system!

Great and convenient place to stay
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean, friendly staff. All facilities worked, shower was powerful and coffee/tea supplies all fresh.

Cons:

Due to the location the stay was not the cheapest so we omitted breakfast options, however this was due to our budget/room availability and not anything to do with the hotel.

Pros:

Great location and close to Camden Markets

Cons:

Hotel advertised as broadcasting live sport, which is not true, the hotel does not show sport. The pub across the road does, but no priority was given to hotel guests and they would not allow us to book a table.

All notifications and communications informed us breakfast begun at 8am. When checking in we were advised it was actually 9am, which was hugely inconvenient for us. When this was questioned with the receptionist, and after showing the emails and messages received, I was told I was confused. I was not confused, everything clearly showed 8am. When I asked for a contact to complain about this I was advised I would not get anywhere.

The three rooms we had were very small and basic, nicely decorated and mostly clean, aside from dust.

The rooms were very noisy at night when trying to sleep.
We were all woken at around 7am by bottle collection outside.
Had to check if the window was open it was so noisy, but it was shut.

All in all I would not recommend, poor customer service and I do not feel it was value for money.
