Great staff but way too packed
Pros:

The staff were amazing - despite the massive crowds, impatient guests shoving to be served, making many requests all of them from reception, housekeeping, concierge, breakfast team were always smiling, helpful, professional and patient.

Rooms were bright and clean
Location was next to bts national stadium

Breakfast range was surprisingly good

Cons:

3 lifts for entire building meant very long wait

Lobby is way too small - often crowded, noisy and filled with bags. Didn’t feel like a holiday

Great location for good price
Pros:

Great location p. Good breakfast and even had washing machines. We had nice big rooms (had just been to Japan) and great views of stasium. Walk to mbk and station in 5 minutes

Cons:

Our air con fan wouldn’t turn down.
