Great location for a very great price. We'd recommend staying here.
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Holiday Inn Siam. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious, and we were happy that we had rooms beside each other since we had 3 young daughters with us.
Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was more than decent, well-stocked with all the amenities that you would need. Location was great, price was just right.

We also saw from Grab delivery bikes delivering food for midnight snacks, and there’s also a 7-11 nearby if you need something. The McDonald's at the ground floor is also a great place for those that have kids that are picky eaters.

The breakfast had a great variety for an Express Holiday Inn. On weekdays, we noticed that there was no bacon being served, but the chefs were nice enough to prepare some for the kids. Getting a table even at peak hours wasn't difficult and the staff were very responsive to our needs.

The location is just less than a kilometer from the main intersection that connects most of the malls in Siam (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, MGK, etc) so shopping and food choices are very numerous.
