No me gustó nada el hotel por fato se ve 5 estrella pero cuando llegas al sitio te encuentras con la realidad y no es lo q esperabas por dentro tiene un olor desagradable el desayuno no es nada amigable y bueno las camas sonaban mucho mi habitación no me la limpiaron nunca fue tanto asi q ni ánimo de ir a la piscina me dieron

Slept fine once we got earplugs
Pros:

Breakfast had a good variety,room was clean but had a musty smell, water is very hot

Cons:

Too convenient to I-265 as we had together earplugs to quiet down the road noise

Upon arrival after 10hr drive, the elevator was broken. Had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Said it overheated and had to cool down 😡🫪.

Stains on sheets, covers, pillows. Sofa Chair was peeling all over. Didn’t even use it. The body wash in shower seal was broken and looked tampered. Two different mixtures in it.

Sounded like I was outside. Room right by busy highway (like very very close) I thought the window was open, it was paper thin. So that was awful, then the door was directly across from elevator (room 413) like 6 feet close. Heard everything from conversations to luggage being tossed around. It was awful to have to take a 10hr drive back home with no proper rest. There was a weird bug in the room (wasn’t bed bug) but some weird centipede and lady bugs I had to look it to see what it was.

I spent even more money buying blankets and other items to feel comfortable and safe for my family.

Location close to where we had to be but hotel exact location was in a sketchy area.

Clean, comfortable, close to downtown
Pros:

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Precious-- when we checked in, the room we checked into had a broken shower head, rendering the shower useless. I took a video and showed Precious, who promptly moved me to a room across the way-- which unfortunately had other issues. I took another video of the new room, came back down again to talk to Precious, she watched the video, apologized, and said because there were no more single queen beds available, she would upgrade me to a bigger room upstairs. The 3rd and final room was perfect. Front desk staff Precious and Bryan, you made my stay great, and I will be back when traveling.

Cons:

The breakfast area was very small and wasn't replenished frequently.

Todo limpio

Cons:

Pague por una cama grande y me dieron una pequeña adicional mi habitación quedaba por la parte trasera y no se puede dormil con el ruido de los autos por la autopista y también tuve unos vecinos que estaban peleando toda la noche
