Beautiful hotel, excellent food and stunning views
Pros:

Wow — I was really impressed with the Mercure Padang. The hotel is in a great location and the property itself is lovely, with the large central pool being a particularly attractive feature.

My room was beautiful and very comfortable, as was the bathroom. I stayed on the top floor and the view from my room was stunning. The restaurant food was excellent and the buffet breakfast was particularly generous, with plenty of choice.

The staff were great and service was generally very quick and efficient. Overall, this was an excellent stay and I really had no complaints.

Cons:

Very little. I wasn't particularly fond of the colour scheme used in the bathroom but that's entirely a matter of personal taste rather than a criticism of the facilities themselves.
