Never book this hotel again for your business trip

Not far from the beach

Cons:

The room is not too small, but it is very noisy. I can clearly hear the guests on the floor above me hitting the floor. Noise also comes from the pool area on weekends.

They keep selling breakfast tickets even though there are no longer enough tables for guests with reserved breakfasts.

The hotel refuses to provide an invoice or any document to confirm my stay during my long business trip here. Their explanation is that I booked via a third party. This is the most ridiculous reason I have ever heard in all my years of staying in hotels around the world for business. I stayed at Santika Hotel in Lombok and hotels near Jakarta and Bali airport , also booked via Booking.com, and everything went very smoothly.

Only (several) receptionists can speak English.
