Very enjoyable 3 day stay.
Pros:

The location right near the water and close to shops.

Great views from the upper levels

The food was very nice from room service.

Cons:

Access to the pool area was not well signed but once you found it it was fine.

Nice cafe only a 5 minute walk for a change of scenery and menu.

The breakfast was at times running low on items but only a 10 minute wait until it was replenished.

Pros:

Amazing place to stay. Really close to the harbour for transfers out to the Mentawai’s. Great food, really clean and well appointed rooms. Can’t rate it highly enough.

Stayed on the way to and from the islands and it was unreal each time.

Pros:

Fantastic rooms, very good value for money with an amazing breakfast.

Bbq dinner on the way back was amazing too, great chefs and super fresh food cooked to order on the grill.

Will definitely stay there again.

Short stay is enough to confirm the hotel is great
Pros:

We stayed just one night before our early morning flight. The staff were friendly, the room was superb, the dining area was great and the food awesome.
There were atms also in the hotel complex.
All great.
