Great as always!
Pros:

Was staying there for the second time and loved it! Quiet, safe location, always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My pups liked it too, plenty of places to walk them and actually close to a river walk.
The downtown and the French Quarter are 15-20 min drive away from the hotel, everything is super accessible.
Will definitely stay there again next time we visit NOLA!

The shower was so cold they put me in a room with no hot water, I told the lady than she goes to tell me she will get it fixed, she came back and said wait 20-30 for it to be hot again I was there 5 days & went through this 3 of the days m.. the tub was pulling like it had some type of disease it was absolutely awful. This place needs help with operating bad I mean that was just ridiculous. I’m never seen a tub look like that. The refrigerator. I don’t know what stuff was on it. Maybe it was rust I don’t know but just awful Almost embarrassing to say the least.

I didn’t like where the hotel was in a neighborhood and pizza got ate up and I felt the situation wasn’t handled accordingly didn’t even get a credit back

I like the quiet location, first time staying its near the ferry that was good.

Cons:

The bathroom tub & shower needs updating our towel rack in the bathroom sink area was broken and fixed with tape, so those things could be updated but other than that at was a good stay.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

Hola, relacion calidad precio muy bien, falta mejorar el estado de los baños y la cocina, esto es mejorable, pero en contrapartida las camas son cómodas y el hotel es muy tranquilo y silenciosos y tienen parking gratis y eso en new Orleans es un lujo
