NO ELEVATOR! Had to tote 2 heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs!
Electrical outlets that don't work.
Toilet constantly running.

Cons:

Kitchen equipments were not sufficient. If a rice cooker, utensils, cleaner pots and pans were available, that would be great.

The bed was hard, no elevator, expensive snacks, room smelled, screen on window torn, bedding had stains, limited towels, staff was not friendly, back exit was not usable.

Pros:

The location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off three times in the week we were there, twice in the middle of the night. The police were called because a guest was threatened by a man who ran into the hotel with a ski mask on. There was a Mardi Gras bag left outside with vomit all over it, no one bothered to pick it up for days. The electrical outlets did not work; one zapped my curling iron and it would not work again. Oh, and the carpet in room was very dirty (our socks were BLACK) and the floor was sticky all over. This hotel did not feel safe and was not quiet whatsoever despite the pleasant surroundings.
