Excelente trato y muy cómodo para viaje de trabajo
Pros:

La atención del personal, todos muy amables, listos para ayudar. Las habitaciones cómodas, parking gratuito y muy bien ubicado. La alberca y terraza también bien.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar, sobre todo los guisos y el huevo.

Atención muy amable, habitación y baños limpios!

Cons:

Tienen un dispensador en el comedor y al parecer tenía hongos, la alberca estaba un poco sucia, el internet falla a ratos y el agua de naranja la rebajan ya al último y sabe malísima!

Estancia super cómoda, excelente ubicación. Muy buena atención y siempre fueron muy atentos con instrucciones, guía y limpieza cuando la necesitamos. A muy buena distancia de la Quinta Avenida pero también muy cercano a supermercados, literalmente quedan caminando así que no es necesario pedir taxi que generalmente son muy caros, a menos de que vayan a comprar muchas cosas. Pudimos utilizar la piscina y el gimnasio y estaban muy limpios y tranquilos. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y con lo suficiente para tener un desayuno completo. Excelente opción y relación valor-precio. Sin duda elegiremos esta opción nuevamente cuando estemos en playa del Carmen.

Cons:

Tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento como la puerta del baño abre hacia adentro y se moja todo el baño por lo que después de ducharse está algo incómodo y la puerta comienza a deteriorarse por la humedad.

Pros:

La colazione molto ricca, la piscina e il servizio navetta. L'hotel dista piu di un kilometro dalla spiaggia e con 32 gradi e umidità qualcuno che ti porta vicino alla spiaggia è una gran comodità.

Cons:

La mia camera, situata al terzo piano del secondo stabile, carina Mariott style ma, quella della mia amica al secondo piano aveva mobilio molto datato. Sembrava essere in due hotel differenti.
