Would stay again, clean and good price.
Pros:

Check-in was easy, keys worked well, first impression was good, view was temporarily blocked by construction, but not an issue, there were big curtains that did the job. Bathroom was clean and everything worked properly. We would stay again.

Cons:

No table or chair, we missed that. Plenty of space in the room to add a small table with two seats. Subjectively we don't like the soap dispenser that needs two hands to operate. Not enough space to store luggage if you would like to unpack... so not enough useful furniture.

Die Lage das Personal

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Badbereich. Dusche sehr unsauber Silokonfugen müssten erneuert werden. Tote Fliegen in der Lampe, Steckdosen defekt, für Kinder ungeeignet. Lüfter auf der Toilette keine Funktion. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster nicht möglich da sehr starker Straßenlärm.

W porządku na weekendowy wypad
Pros:

Namierzenie obiektu nie było najłatwiejsze bo obecnie cała fasada budynku zakryta jest rusztowaniem ale po wejściu sprawnie dotarliśmy na recepcję gdzie miły pan pozwolił nam przechować bagaże do czasu zameldowania. Sama okolica to nic specjanego ale w pobliżu znajduje się stacja metra i jeździ sporo linii autobusowych, są też sklepy spożywcze i restauracje. W pokoju wygodne łóżko i wieszak na ubrania. Na czwarte piętro można się dostać klimatyczną windą. Myślę, że na jedną-dwie noce jest to naprawdę w porządku opcja.

Cons:

Pokój niewielki, łóżko zajmuje większość powierzchni, nie ma innych mebli poza wieszkiem na ubrania/buty. Okno na ruchliwą ulicę, nie bardzo da się je w nocy otworzyć. Ściany dość cienki, my mieliśmy cichych sąsiadów ale w innej konfiguracji myślę, że byłby problem z odpoczynkiem.

Pros:

It's very well located, just a few minutes walk from Bülowstraße U2 and slightly longer from Kleistpark U7.

Although the street below is a very busy thoroughfare, the windows are very effective at keeping the noise out.

Cons:

The room didn't have a television - or anything, in fact, other than the beds and a rack for hanging clothes, so it felt a little like a Norwegian prison.

Отличное месторасположение! Хороший матрац! Уборка каждый день, но…

Cons:

Не очень чисто. Грязные полотенца, грязные стены (почему нельзя их замыть или почистить?) и не качественно было убрано, чужие волосы на полу и тд.

Der Preis für so eine Unterkunft ist zu hoch.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Wäsche war neu und sauber

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr trist und ungemütlich: nackte Wände und keine Lampen am Bett. Insgesamt wirkte es sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Außerdem wird die Fassade des Hotels derzeit renoviert.
Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster zur Straße, daher war es leider sehr laut.
Da wir spät ankommen sollten, hatte ich das Hotel vorher angerufen und dies mitgeteilt. Mir wurde versichert, dass der Schlüssel für uns im Safe hinterlegt und uns der entsprechende Code zugeschickt wird. Leider wurde dies nicht gemacht. Zum Glück war ein Security-Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Er rief den Chef an, und so konnten wir schließlich doch noch unseren Schlüssel bekommen.
