Posizione ottima, ma troppo freddo
Pros:

Posizione comoda per arrivare in centro e ai servizi di trasporto pubblico di bus e metro

Cons:

Camere spoglie, poco pulite e non calde anche se dal secondo giorno ci hanno portato una stufetta elettrica, anche l'acqua della doccia non era calda.

convenient and comfy
Pros:

for the price we were pleasantly surprised, we got clean towels and toilet paper daily. the beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice.
the Bülowstraße bus stop and u bahn station are literally 100 meters away.
there were useful free discounts to museums and experiences, plus little cards that one can take as souvenirs.
overall it was pretty bang for the buck, i’d definitely come back for another cheap stay.👍

Cons:

overall cleanliness could be improved, but the toilets and sheets were clean in our experience.
unfortunately it seems there isn’t a breakfast room anymore which could’ve been useful.

Świetna lokalizacja, proste i dokładnie wytłumaczone zasady oraz wskazówki korzystania z hotelu. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Inni goście za ścianą byli bardzo głośni(impreza) do około 4-5 rano. Ściany pomiędzy pokojami są zbyt cienkie lub źle wytłumione. Jesteśmy w miarę odporni na takie sytuacje ale dla innych mogło być to trudna noc. Lampka nocna zajmowała jedyne gniazdko przy łóżku więc trzeba było się decydować na podłączenie telefonu do ładowania w innej części pokoju.

Schade, es geht auch besser
Pros:

Check in ging sehr zügig aber freundlich. Betten waren weich, angenehm. Bad soweit sauber, doch schon an einigen Stellen sparkig. Wer wirklich nur zum übernachten was braucht , ok, aber Ansprüche müssen sehr weit runter geschraubt werden .

Cons:

TV ging gar nicht, keine Fernbedienung im Zimmer. Trotz versuch am TV es einzustellen funktionierte nichts. Steckdose am Bett funktionierten leider nicht. Die beim TV zwar schon, hatten dann aber kein Tischlicht im Zimmer. Leider hatten meine Bettbezüge Flecken am Kopfkissen.. sowas geht nicht. Auch für den sehr günstigen Preis, sollte saubere Bettwäsche vorhanden sein. Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer. Nur im Bad. Zum auschecken um 9.00 uhr war keiner anzutreffen um diese Sachen anzusprechen.

Für eine Nacht gerade so Okay !
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren wirklich super freundlich, an der Rezeption und das Reinigungspersonal. Nur paar Meter entfernt von U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle.

Cons:

Leider ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer sehr kalt gestaltet, Vorhänge fleckig, Wände fleckig, Spinnen weben, Haare an den Fliesen, der Rauchmelder fehlte bei uns im Zimmer, ein Gerüst genau vor dem Fenster, Fahrstuhl in die Jahre gekommen, in der Deckenlampe Ungeziefer tote Fliegen, für eine Nacht so gerade okay aber sonst kann ich es nicht empfehlen

Das Personal war freundlich, die Erreichbarkeit sehr gut

Cons:

Da der Preis nicht so hoch war, war die Ausstattung sehr einfach was aber genügt nur die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, schwarze Ecken, schmutz in den Ecken und alles etwas lieblos eingerichtet

Pros:

Personale affidabile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste per quanto possibile. Posizione strategica a pochi metri dalla metro U2 e a tre fermate da Potsdamerr Platz. Supermercati, bar, street food e ristoranti di vario tipo e in quantità intorno all'Hotel ..In camera c' era il phon nonostante su Booking non comparisse tra i servizi offerti dalla struttura e c'erano molte prese elettriche..Ogni giorno hanno cambiato gli asciugamani.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere utile una base di appoggio più ampia come un mini tavolino con sedie pieghevoli.
