Veel feestgangers , ouderen en jongeren door elkaar in de hotel kamers. Begrijp dat ouderen meer rust willen en jongeren meer feesten. Het was een beetje onrustig gedurende de nacht

I was satisfied with my stay. Good value.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortably a good size. The buffet has lts of variety.

Cons:

Some of the older staff at the front desk should acknowledge your presence when you arrive. I waited in fornt of the desk and the worker at the desk didnt even lift his head to acknowledge my presence and tell me he would help me in a minute. then he walked away. It would be curtiousy to just acknowlege the clients presence and let them know that you will help them in a few minutes. I ended up walking away.

Recomendable hotel en Magaluf si es que se desea descansar. Limpio, ordenado y con excelente relación calidad - precio
Pros:

Nos gustó la cercanía del hotel con la playa, además de la limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros desde el primer momento.

En particular, con mi madre elegimos este alojamiento para descansar luego de haber ido a las Fallas de Valencia y consideramos que fue una muy buena elección. Recomendamos ir al sauna y aprovechar de asistir a los shows que se hacen en la noche en la zona del bar si es que se desea ver un poco de ambiente.

Cons:

Los horarios de las comidas restringen un poco el descanso, especialmente si uno quiere dormir o tomar una siesta. Además, no cuentan con servicio de habitaciones (aunque en Booking aparece que sí), por lo que, si no se tiene ganas de bajar a comer, hay que esperar hasta la siguiente comida.

Como cliente, no me gustó que algunas personas a cargo del comedor llamaran la atención, frente a todos, a los trabajadores que ayudaban a recoger las mesas y los cubiertos. Considero que es un punto a mejorar como equipo de trabajo.

Disappointed
Pros:

Picked this hotel for a couple of reasons. 4.5*, location, food & reviews. Location great. Hotel clean and well maintained. However the food was terrible. Ate in the restaurant 1 night and had a cheese roll. Other nights we walked round it and ate elsewhere. I wasted my money on all inclusive.

Pros:

Hotel is nice, not new but ok. We had a terracita room and it was amazing to walk out the room straight to pool and private sunbeds. Food was ok and the staff was great.

Cons:

The noise! Only thing that really bothered us, were extremly thin walls between the rooms.. You hear absolutely everything from both sides and is impossible to rest. We were unlucky and placed next to the familly with small kids. The noise was just crazy, all day and night long. It is really a shame because we loved the place so much but the noise was just insane. Also, we didn't perfer the early morning cleaning of terrace, moving the sunbeds at 7 AM could be done with less noise.. Also, we would enjoy the stay more if outdoor pools were heated.
