Amazing, probably the best hotel staff I've seen!
Pros:

First of all the Staff. They are extremely nice and helpful. I think people are the key difference of this hotel! The facilities specially the second swimming pool on the terrace is very calm. Last but not least, the food was perfect (except in the fist day of our trip)

Bien placé pour des jeunes et piscine sympa
Personnel agréable

Cons:

La nourriture n'était pas variée ni très équilibrée.
Très bruyant, mal insonorisé, trop lumineux (on ne peut pas éteindre la terrasse le soir)
Prise d'un seul côté du lit

Pros:

location of hotel.

Cons:

Room and bathroom was dirty. Cleaning staff not cleaning anything. Hotel is for 75+ guests. Pool is small and always full from 0630 - closing. Food was very basic and cheap. Not worth the money at all.

Estadia confortável e animada.
Pros:

Boa qualidade das refeições no restaurante. Excelente piscina e grande equipa de animação. Simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários da recepção. Obrigado pela simpatia da Nádia do restaurante e da Angeles no serviço de limpeza dos quartos.

Gentilezza del personale dell'area self service, molta collaborazione da parte di tutto lo staff e disponibilità

Cons:

Alcune risposte alla reception relative ai trasporti. Molta incertezza sui tempi dei taxi. Il ragazzo più giovane alla reception ci ha prenotato un taxi per 4 persone + 1 neonato dicendo che era possibile mentre il taxista ha risposto che quelli dell'hotel non conoscono le leggi sul trasporto che non prevede più di 5 persone a borso incluso neonati e guidatore.
Abbiamo aspettato quasi un ora per un secondo taxi rischiando di perdere l'aereo.

Cons:

You have to pay for everything in hotel like if you want a towel you have to pay 20€ deposit! And also if you want to use the safety box in Room you have to pay 3€ per day and breakfast was every day the same nothing is new
