Las animaciones que iba a haber a lo largo del día sólo aparecían en una pantalla cerca de la recepción y no en la zona donde iban a tener lugar. O estabas atento, o no te enterabas.
En varias ocasiones la música se distorsionaba al haber dos estilos distintos en las dos piscinas

L'accueil du réceptionniste, qui n'a fait aucun effort pour arranger une situation avec la carte bancaire qui ne passait pas. Il était arrogant et a fait des sousentendus déplacés sur notre manque d'argent, notre manque de préparation, ce qui n'était évidemment pas le cas. On lui a proposé plusieurs solutions mais son manque d'empathie et d'envie de trouver une solution étaient évident. Il restait bloqué sur un "Im so sorry" dans un ton qui en disait tout autre. Heureusement on a pu utiliser une autre carte, mais son accueil et son refus à discuter ont été choquant. D'autant plus qu'il s'agissait de deux jeunes à peine majeur, pour la première fois en vacances et qu'il ne voulait pas parler aux parents par téléphone.

Pool was great and so was the spa
Le chef de la réception, très agressif et désagréable, ils ont posté des fotos de la chambre sans le troisième lit pour qu'on ne puisse pas se rendre conte de la grandeur de la chambre, très mal insonorisé, l'eau c'est arrêté a 19h 40 heure a laquelle on prend une douche pour sortir manger la clef de la chambre pour 2x ne fonctionnait plus ,j'avais déjà et a mayorca de l'autre côté, c'est très bien, l'hôtel samos a fuir.
