Great location, friendly staff, good parking
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Nice view onto pool although only for Novotel guests. Clean room and bathroom. Cold water dispenser on each floor. Used underground parking, fee per day. Great air conditioning.

Cons:

Shower doors don’t touch the floor so very hard to keep water contained when having a shower so floor became very wet.

Ottima la posizione e moderna come struttura, camere BASIC ma super pulite. Tappa consigliata per alloggiare a Lugano. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di farsi un caffè h 24 e il boccione per acqua a ogni piano. Staff super accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo Idoneo.
