Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ansprechend. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Zum See wenige Gehminuten.

Cons:

Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt in Lugano.

Rooms I felt need to be aired maybe carpets need renewing as they seemed to

Clean, comfy, cool… no complaints
Pros:

Aircon! It was such a welcome relief from the extreme heat. Ibis budget is very good. I enjoyed a bigger bed, room and bathroom and aircon in the IBIS.

Wir freuen uns immer wieder auf unsere Ferien in Lugano-Paradiso.
Pros:

Die Lage finden wir super, der Bahnhof und der See liegen in nächster Nähe.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist schön angerichtet und mit einer grossen Auswahl bestückt.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und die jungen Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr sprachgewandt in verschiedenen Sprachen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind seit Jahren mit der gleichen Ausstattung. Spannteppich finden wir nicht so toll.
Die Dusche ist auch nicht mehr im perfekten Zustand.

Stay away from this place, is deceiving
Pros:

Nothing, is deceiving, the reception looks good, once you get to the rooms a completely different story

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, smelly and the shits smelled moldy. We left, we didn’t even stayed one single night, very disappointed and honestly booking.com is not checking this properties, only collecting the commission fee
