Blanco Apartment Hotel

Currently it's on renovation, the renovation design and everything looks good. Breakfast is limited but ok. The room is still the old kind, hopefully there's renovation in the rooms too, it's old and slightly dirty. There's is still a mini "bee hive" inside the toilet

The apartment is good for family and location is easy access.

Service from reception is ok nothing to brag about.

We stay at level 3, room is specious and the bed is so comfortable.

Kitchen equipment need to look into. Insufficient and it takes time to receive if request. This apartment need to so some refurbishment as it is not well taken care. The housekeeping need to do their job properly in terms of cleanliness

We will definitely stay here again as both of us always coming over to visit our son study here.

Price is reasonable and no doubt about it. This is what to expect if you paid that such amount.

HK very poor

I booked a studio room and there was a kitchenette with microwave oven and conduction cooker. There were pipe leaks in the bathroom and washing machine . Hose from washing machine was loose and came off several times during use. Reception staff not very friendly. Cleaners are friendly. Breakfast wasn't really good. But I like the spaciousness of the room and the balcony. Balcony door need fixing as it was hard to open. Bottled water only providesd on day 1 and for subsequent days, you will need to get water from the water dispenser.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment. They obliged my request for high floor with sea view which was very nice. Comfy bed. Strong air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. Good water pressure with hot water supply for shower and sink in the bathroom. Furnishings are a little dated and sparse. Kitchenette feels a bit grimy and the sink's water pressure was poor. It's not well equipped, perhaps for long stay where you really use it supplies can be requested. Due to Covid, breakfast was lunchbox style placed outside the room. It was horrible! We only had it the first morning, subsequent days we told them not to bother. Location is good if you have your own car, otherwise it's got nothing nearby for food and supplies. Photos show double pillows but it's actually one measly pillow per person. Upon request they only give 1 extra (don't understand why so stingy). Bedroom has blackout curtains but the bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light in. If you like to sleep in a darkened room, this will irritate the hell out of you as it did me! For the price of RM125 per night, it is extremely good.

Stayed in deluxe room. Spacious room with balcony. Well maintained. Breakfast wasn't great but decent. Complimentary bottled drink only provided upon check in. Subsequent nights, you will no longer be provided bottled water so you have to take water from the water dispenser. Having stayed there on several occasions, the thing I find quite annoying is that waiting for the lift can take quite a while. Also, can clearlly hear housekeeping doing their work rather noisily through the door

I like the room space is spacious, but they didn't have provide the pen.

When we shifted to bintulu we had to wait for some time for our house hold container to come in. So started at these services apartments. It is a clean and nice place having serviced apartments of various sizes. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and plenty of parking space. There is a laundry area at the basement. The staff is quite good. It was a nice stay with our 2 kids

Reasonable price. Spacious room.

The room is nice. Snon smoking room & yes no smell of cigarettes too. But the towels look dirty & smell weird. What I love most of this hotel is the security. You can only use the lift if you have your room card. Love that lift style. So modern. Staff are nice & welcoming too.

I been here for 3 nights, the room is good and spacious, housekeeping staff very attentive BUT only 1 of the feont desk staff and 1 restaurant staff spoilt my stay with my family. Those 2 are vwey rude, unfriendly and not even smile. Management need to look at this areas of improvement.

This apartment hotel located a bit far from city centre make it difficult for me to go out to the city, but luckily riding apps like Grab available in this city. My room is considered spacious, complete with several channel tv and minibar. Breakfast meal is just ok with variety of options.

Good improvement. Can get additional room card now 👍👍

Price is ok...and servis is very good
