Issue with the underground pool lights
In the unit otherwise everything was good
The property was very tired and out dated. The pool area is unsafe and dirty. The pool itself was dirty and the filter didn’t work. The fridge had my full shop in and then realised it wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed until after the weekend. The management company came out to fix the problems reported but couldn’t and didn’t have any other properties available to move to. Not happy at all and asked for a refund but as the rate was non refundable they refused. We booked another place to stay and lost the money on the house instead of staying as it wasn’t fit for purpose. We have stayed at this resort before and been super impressed but not this time and won’t be returning.
checked in during process they charge me for after check out 150 $ plus tourist tax plus state tax plus fees resort usually cleaning be included reservation booking, serives not that good due front disk to open 11 AM after requested to change coffee maker which was broke not working it came to me after 3 times reminders with house keeping, the furniture updated used old, unit pool dirty, also parking rules any where you can park so infornt your unit not always available so I have to park far away, my advice to any one who looking for resort to have vacation in Kissimmee keep this as spare a plan B
Was a terrible experience the king size bed and the mattress were uncomfortable everytime you move the bed started making noices also the hot tub was having issues to regulate the temperature, I will never recommend this place, everytime we sitting down in the couch we were sinking, they should change few things before continuing renting the townhouses.
Love that there was a private as well as a community pool
The Townhouse was awesome, family really loved it. There was no mop in the house and not much eentertainment for the kids.kids
Stay was good. It could have been excellent if the beds and dishwasher were in good condition
The house was beautiful and quiet. I was a little upset because I went with my husband and 3 kids and the room was not ready at check in , the pool had bugs that you needed to clean out yourself and it was missing a few toiletries. But overall it was an nice experience for a 3 days vacation.
Very nice resort
First, I arrived at the property around 11pm. The security guard had to check me in. There’s only one lane and you have to use a key pad. So I had to circle around the security booth to let other visitors in as I was checking in.
Secondly, my young child had an accident the first night. We got up and stripped the bed. I emailed and called for a new set of sheets, mattress cover, comforter and duvet. I only received sheets. I was told everyday that they would contact housekeeping and I would receive my comforter. The room I stayed in was freezing so we had to turn the air up but in turn it made my other family warm at night. I didn’t get a comforter until the night before I left.
Make sure you know some Spanish, use a translator app or something because the entire staff is Hispanic and half don’t know English.
Lastly, the pool area was not well lit and the pool light did not work. It took for me to contact Expedia who then contacted the property on behalf before they did anything. Still didn’t have a pool light but the outside pool area was now lit.
Everything was great. Had to do late check-in due and checked in at the security desk. Overall, the resort and amenities were great. Definitely will stay again.
Stayed here 2 years in a row & we love the location & everything about the property! Staff is friendly. Definitely coming back in the future!
Property wasn’t as clean as expected - floors specifically were quite dirty.

Wonderful place to stay, hottub on the porch was amazing. Highly recommend
We were suppose to have a pull out sofa but it wasn’t. We also almost ran out of toilet paper which could have been resolved by housekeeping leaving extras under the sinks. Since the property isn’t manned until 11:00 we had to wait for help.
The property is nice and we would definately stay again we just will check things over a bit more upon check in.
Clean and well kept.
From the moment we drove up we started off with a bad experience with the gate guard. He was asking us for a gate pin when we haven't even checked in yet. Asked for an address of where we're staying and literally had no information yet and repeatedly told him we haven't checked in and his overall communication was below dismal. The place where we stayed itself really needs some work. The carpet on the stairs needs replacing. There was a bug in the house that we saw crawling in the kitchen and the pool in the back wasn't cleaned before we checked in at all. Lots of leaves and bugs in it. Not sure how since it's screened in. No extra toilet paper. Trash bags or blankets.
Experience was amazing. Starting from the check in, during the vacation and check out their service was responsible and attentive. I would recommend this place 100%
This resort was beautifully landscaped. The outdoor pools, hot tubs, and gazebo by the water was relaxing. We lived in comfort for the week. Optimally, I would have preferred a thorough cleaning from the previous lodgers. I found an earring on the floor that was not mine. However, the price was great for the stay, as we had 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a kitchen and a living room downstairs. The best part was our own private hot tub in a screened in porch.
