Pros:

夜食ラーメンも朝食もとても美味しかった！！
雪肌精のアメニティが良かった。

Cons:

大浴場のシャワーが少し止めておくと真水になってしまう。露天風呂が狭すぎる。3人でいっぱいいっぱい。アメニティの歯ブラシが硬すぎる。部屋のエアコンの温度設定ができない。

Pros:

部屋はきれいでよかったです。フロントの対応もきちんとしていて安心できました。近年、観光地でロッカー難民になることが増えたので、チェックイン前・アウト後にロッカーを無料で利用できたのは大変助かりました。１階にあるサービスのコーヒーで一息つけるのもありがたいです。

Cons:

大浴場があるから選んだのですが、夜ずっと混んでいました。洗い場で待ったりして、心からはくつろげなかったです。特に脱衣所は、客の数に対して設備管理が追い付いていないのが残念でした。

大浴場も露天風呂から、桜が見れて良かったです
また、利用しませんでしたが、夜食サービスがあったのが良かったと思います

Overall convenient, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Front desk and cleaning staff were extremely nice and helpful. Close to station, very clean, and washing machines inside the hotel !
The bed is not the most comfortable with these sheets but manageable, also space more than enough for one person.

Cons:

The hotel is old in many ways :
-The AC is central. You don’t get to choose your room temperature so I really struggled with the heat on my first night before realising I could open the windows.
-Onsen not accessible for people with tattoos. It’s a big hotel chain located in a touristic city and I’m paying, so I expected better.
-The cleaning service was a bit confusing. Everyday I had to go to the front desk to tell them if I wanted room cleaning. Even if I did not, I would still get towels and spare pyjamas so I ended up with 3 plastic bags of towels lol
-Despite not having a smoking room, it was located on a floor with a smoking booth so the smell could get very annoying sometimes.
