位置非常方便，鄰近多間大型賭場酒店，步行至議事亭大三巴等觀光點也只需十多分鐘路程，房間清潔舒適，職員友善，非常滿意，下次再來!

Вполне достойное место для остановки.
Pros:

Месторасположение очень удачное, особенно оценят любители казино.
Отель большой, но уже требует косметического ремонта.
Интернет не нормальный.
В номерах чисто.

Nice location, pleasant personal, no English , nightmare breakfast
Pros:

Hotel that has seen better days, no upgrade, no one spoke English and those who did spoke broken English.
Room WC with no bidet which mean everything you go to the loo you have to undress to wash unless you don’t.
The worst breakfast I had in a hotel in all my life.

予約時のエクスペディア表示時に朝食ビュッフェの表示があったので予約しました(我が家の旅行において朝食ビュッフェが大きな楽しみの一つ)。しかし朝食ビュッフェはなく、アラカルトの食事でした。ホテル内を探しましたが、他にレストランはなく、このホテルの朝食は全てアラカルトのように思われます。ホテルの問題ではなく、エクスペディアの確認漏れおよび表示間違いではないでしょうか？返金いただきたい思いです。

在酒店大堂未能取得房間
Pros:

1 在澳門外港碼頭找不到專屬總統酒店的專車前往酒店 ，要乘坐 附近酒店的穿梭巴士前往酒店。

2 因為登記姓名同身份證姓名有出入 ，去到酒店取房的時候 ， 出了問題 ，最初未能夠成功取得房間。
要致電貴公司的服務員協助解決。
電話服務員態度友善， 很快幫我解決了問題。
