Estancia cómoda y placentera.
Pros:

Su ubicación, la limpieza y el trato amable y servicial del personal.

Cons:

Los baños estaban muy limpios pero necesitarían una remodelación. Un poco anticuados.

Para visitar la zona centro de Mérida es un lugar excelente

La ubicación muy bien, para las actividades que realice me quedo excelente. Es lo suficente para el viaje de negocios que realice.

Muy bonito hotel, pero deberían abrir el jacuzzi más temprano
Pros:

La ubicación, la habitación del hotel muy grande y en buen estado.
Muy bonita vista desde el balcón a pesar de que no se puede salir a éste

Cons:

El jacuzzi abre a las 9 de la mañana y no se puede aprovechar para las personas que salimos a los tours temprano, estaría perfecto que incluyera el desayuno y que la información sobre los horarios en dichos espacios compartidos se colocará de manera visible en la recepción o en las habitaciones

La ubicación es muy práctica.

El acceso a la piscina es hasta las 8 y el personal fue poco amable al indicarnos que se encontraba cerrada.

Lindo hotel con excelente ubicación y servico

Excelente Servicio.
Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dieron la habitación inmediatamente.
La habitación estaba muy limpia.

Cons:

El servicio del restaurant, la comida no tiene muy buena calidad, el jugo de naranja no es natural, la sopa de lima no tenía sabor.

Excellent location, hotel and restaurant.
Pros:

The hotel was in Paseo Montejo. Great location! The restaurant had buffet with breakfast and lunch together. Most of the days we ordered from the menu as it was a good value and excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. We went to the roof top to take some pictures. The little pool has some steps, but no handrail. I thought it was kind of dangerous.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were too firm to have a nice rest. I went to the reception to find out if they had a comforter or something to make it softer, but they didn’t.
In addition, there was no info for tourists of things to do in Merida.

Excelente servicio y ubicación del hotel
Pros:

En general todo estuvo bien.

Cons:

El restaurante es el que deja un poco que desear. El desayuno es muy basico y la comida si es mala. pedí unos tacos dorados y la verdad no me gustaron

Desde el servicio de recepción pesima actitud, el que te manden a otro estacionamiento y quede expuesto el vehículo , los acabados en las habitaciones parecen de motel y las camas duras como roca .
