Pros:

Very friendly staff, large outdoor pool, decent fitness centre, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. We were given two adjoining rooms (door between the rooms), which was a nice added touch.

Cons:

Shuttle to airport in the early morning: paid the night before and scheduled for 04:45 a.m. Driver not there until 05:05. Driver on his phone (talking, scrolling) the entire drive to the airport. Upon arrival at airport, he asks about payment (i.e., hadn't been informed that it was paid at reception). Implies poor communication among staff about routine matters.

Pros:

It was clean, everything else was a nightmare

Cons:

Lets start with the booking confirmation- i reserved and confirmed this place via booking.com. Then i got a message from itc saying that you have to reconfirm the booking.
I called them and reconfirmed it the next day.
Despite this, i received a second message saying that I have to reconfirm again.
Frustrated me, i called again, no one picked it up the second time.
On the day of travel, i got a third message saying that we have released your booking as there was no reconfirmation.
Imagine you are on your way to convocation with your family and getting a message like this at midnight.
We informed earlier that we would arrive late around 1-2am.
We reached there at 2 am, guess how much time they took for check-in process
30 mins, asking for aadhar, driving licence from everyone and multiple signatures. my family was already tired.
Didn't expect this from a hotel brand like this.
Rooms were clean and space was adequate.
Water from the shower found its way outside and drenched the carpet. Another nightmare.
Wont book here again.
Maybe other itc hotels are good.
