Very accommodating with late check out and able to stay in same room across two different bookings
Pros:

Breakfast was included, we stayed 2 nights, first night under a group tour booking and one night via booking.com
We were able to stay in the same room and have a later checkout which was greatly appreciated.
Metro is close by if you want to try it. Ubers are easy to get.

Cons:

Hotel being renovated but it didn't impact that much.
Need to get an uber to closest Mall (short trip), nothing much near by.

Cons:

The communication from the front desk and the booking team is very unprofessional and unethical.
I paid for the booking and communicated directly with the hotel after confirming the payment. Asked them not to charge the guest; they confirmed, but they still charged the guest.

Food quality is pretty bad, be it dinner or breakfast. It seems that the cooks are highly incompetent or they were instructed to cook badly.
