Never again - plenty of other places in Suva. For that price, you can find much better!
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff, except for the Indian manager at reception who obviously was never taught basic politeness. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including kitchenware.

Cons:

Stained bed sheets, cockroaches, no electricity and internet for 2 days. I was in Suva for work, and given the hotel price, you'd expect them to offer a solution, or at least a discount. When I decided to move place, the manager wanted me to pay half of my initial expected stay. It took much negotiation for her to agree that I should only pay for the nights I stayed. No drinkable water in the room and the basic Fiji water bottle will cost you 8 FJD, twice the price from commerce.

Nice hotel if you want value for money that’s close to town but nice and quite at night
Pros:

Great Location to downtown Suva, easy walk into town, room was always clean and staff where very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Wifi was a bit hit and miss as was the telly but is what it is

We enjoyed our stay at The Capricorn Hotel.
Pros:

It was a large unit with kitchen and dining area. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Third floor room overlooking the harbor and the pool area. Walking distance to attractions and the market. The staff were friendly and always willing to offer assistance.

Cons:

It was all good for an in town stay vs a resort on the coast.

The place was clean, consistent cleaning from the staff and very convenient for business in Suva.
Pros:

I enjoyed how convenient it was to the city. We were able to leave our car parked and we walked to town to do business.

Cons:

I didn’t like the air condition shooting straight to the bed while sleeping. I would have preferred it blowing to the opposite end instead of across to the bed.

Also, they have a kitchen and pots and pans and plates etc but no table and chairs to sit and enjoy our cooked meal. Maybe a two seated table and chairs to sit would have been nice.

It did the job for a last minute one night stay in Suva, but I wouldn't stay again...
Pros:

If comfortable walking on those streets then the hotel is relatively close to the main shopping area which is nice... The receptionist was friendly.

Cons:

Location - on a dodgy street you have to walk past derelict buildings and building sites.
Room - small, the bathroom was a bit dirty. Also, the Air Conditioning is not something you should expect: you do not get given an AC remote, I had to go down to reception to request how to turn mine on. The receptionist came back with a remote to turn it on, only to say that I cannot keep it and that there is only one that works which is shared between all rooms!
Bed - looked okay, but after sleeping in it I found bed bugs! Luckily I didn't take any away with me but I did leave feeling itchy...
