The staff were so friendly, we cannot fault them for this and the location was brilliant. The breakfast options were also very good, we would highly recommend the fruit salad!
Our first room was dirty and smelt of damp, when we spoke to reception we were moved to a new room. Our second room was better, however the door to the balcony did not fit, the seat in front of the mirror was dirty, the tv looked almost melted? We did not complain again as we felt bad - in our room there were multiple bugs throughout the stay and a lot of ants around the bathroom. We appreciate that this is common in Vietnam however we haven’t encountered this in the 3 weeks we have been here which we feel is testament to the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. For what we paid for the room we were never expecting luxury however we feel cleanliness should be a given regardless of price/ quality of hotel.
The cups at breakfast we weren’t sure if they were just stained or if they were dirty.
The laundry was our biggest issue, our clothes had to get washed twice as the first time they came back in not sure they had been washed at all as they were all still dirty. The second time my clothes came back stained, and my skirt stretched out. The staff were apologetic and did take the stained tops and stretched skirt to be cleaned again and I’m unsure what they did to fix the skirt. However my tops are still stained and now unwearable. They were apologetic and we did not have to pay for the laundry, the only fault I can give the attitude of the staff is on the second wash we were questioned as apparently our washing load weighed more than the first (unsure how as we gave them back the exact same dirty clothes in the bag).
Out only fault with the cleaning staff was on the first day our room was cleaned (just the bins were taken out) they opened a bag next to the bin that was full of rubbish and only took some? The second day they asked me if they could clean the room - I said no we are still in it as we were waiting for our washing, my partner told me when I had come up from reception that they had opened the door anyway to our room.

It was amazing that they let us check in early after our night bus (like, 9am). The tour they offered was excellent value. The pool was lovely and they had great coffee.
Didn’t love that the bathroom flooded every time the shower was on. The ac and minifridge coolants probably need to be refilled as they weren’t cooling that much. Overal positive experience though!
Great location near to Walking Street but down quiet lane.
Arrived hot and tired and checked in early so could have shower which was awesome and some aircon - new and efficient ❤️
All staff lovely and helpful - particularly Mickey and lovely man who packed us bananas and water for the train.

La piscina es fenomenal, preciosa y un disfrute. La atención del personal es inmejorable, en especial Thuy, que nos ha prestado unos paraguas, nos invitado a un café, fruta, etc. El desayuno todo lo completo que desees.
Todo perfecto.
Desayuno muy bueno. Piscina preciosa. Tuvimos un pequeño problema en la ducha y lo solucionaron al instante. La atención del personal excelente, especialmente la de la señora Thuy, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad que tuviésemos.

Hôtel très bien placé, au calme. Personnel très accueillant. Possibilité de louer des scooters. La piscine est accessible et ça fait du bien après une bonne journée de visite. Personnel qui parle français également. Nous recommandons.
Excellent emplacement. très central. Beaucoup de restaurants dans le coin. Calme. Le personnel est adorable et très avenant. Nous partions très tot le matin : il nous ont fait un panier repas pour le petit déjeuner (fruite, laitage)
Las habitaciones eran muy antiguas y el baño también, en general todo el hotel. Pero ellos fueron muy agradables y serviciales. Y la ubicación estaba muy bien, en el centro del ocio.
