Pros:

Rommet var moderne, rent og behagelig med god madrass og gode puter. Rolig atmosfære.
Hadde ikke inkludert frokost, men hadde en frokost der allikevel som jeg betalte ekstra for. Den var helt OK.

Cons:

Jeg hadde booket et rom med to separate senger, men fikk et rom med en liten dobbeltseng. Som gravid var dette ikke en aktuell ordning da jeg sover urolig og min mor sover svært dårlig. Vi fikk beskjed om at de ikke hadde flere rom med separate senger og at vi måtte ta rommet vi hadde fått. Jeg prøvde å komme med alternative løsninger, som å sette inn en ekstra seng/reiseseng. Dette var ikke mulig. Etter over 10 minutter spurte jeg resepsjonisten om det var mulig å få et rom med en større dobbeltseng frem til vi fikk et rom som vi hadde bestilt. Dette gikk han til slutt med på. Jeg synes at resepsjonisten kunne ha kommet med dette forslaget selv, og at det ikke var jeg som gjest som måtte spørre om dette. Spesielt fordi det var lavsesong da vi var der.

Pros:

L'hotel est au goût du jour avec un bon confort. personnel accueillant. notre chambre était rénovée récemment.

Cons:

Ménage qui dure jusqu'à tard dans l'après midi. Le parking est payant et assez cher considérant que nous sommes dans une zone verte, gratuit le dimanche par ex, la personne ne nous ne la pas informé à notre arrivé le dimanche et nous propose le parking, heureusement que c'est bien expliqué sur les panneaux dans la rue...

decent stay
Pros:

good location and kind staff. helpful when i was sick, to bring me some bf to the room instead.

Cons:

cleanliness could be better - example i left my tray out and it wasnt picked up for over a day.
the entrance hallway is under construction.

Very happy with our stay
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Excellent breakfast with so many options to choose from. The hotel situated in a prime location, providing easy access to key parts of the city. Just a short walk to reach the nearest metro station.
Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room itself was well equipped and very comfortable . Looking forward to return to this amazing city and hotel!

Es muy cómodo y buena opcion
Pros:

La habitación era muy bonita, amplia y sumamente comoda.

Cons:

Queda un poco lejos de la estación mas cercana de metro y la zona no se siente tan segura en la noche. Además, una persona del personal fue algo descortés cuando solicitamos su ayuda para pedir room service.
