Pros:

Area is very quiet but at the same time, it’s in a center where the most of the activities are . Palm trees and swimming pool gave us that real tropical feeling .
All the staff were always there to assist us in every way possible, specially manager of the hotel, Kung. She gave me and my family special care and huge plate of fruits after we faced some personal challenges. She showed us how a real, professional and kind Thai hospitality can be! Kisses to her :*

Cons:

Even tho, on the map, beach is very close, you can not reach it because the path is part of the property that belongs to other resorts so you have to walk all the way around, approximately 8 minutes , which is also okay after good breakfast that you have in the hotel!

Pros:

It was a good and clean room. Very quiet at the 5th floor. Comfortable bed for Thailand. Very friendly staff in the lobby. It was a good value.

Cons:

The AC was noisy at times.
