ארוחת בוקר נחמדה.
הבר בבריכה היה נחמד מאוד, היו מגוון משקאות ושייקים טעימים

Cons:

לצערי חווית האירוח שלנו הייתה ברמה נמוכה מאוד ולא תאמה את הציפיות.
בחדר השירותים היה עובש והייתה אבנית רבה במקלחון. בנוסף, לאורך כל השהות היה בחדר ריח לא נעים שלא חלף גם לאחר אוורור.
סופקו רק שתי מגבות בלבד ליום. מכיוון שלא קיבלנו מענה מספק, נאלצתי לצאת ולרכוש מגבות נוספות באופן עצמאי.
הלובי במלון לא היה ממוזג בזמן שהותנו, והיה חם ולא נעים לשבת בו.

Pros:

מלון ססגוני חדרים יפים המיקום סבבה בריכה יפה, נמצא בקרבת סופר גדול, בית קפה, עמדת כביסה

Cons:

שהבריכה לא תמיד עבדה, והזמנו 3 חדרים 10 חודשים מראש ושהגענו הצמידו 2 חדרים וחדר אחר מרוחק, כמובן שאחרי ויכוחים וצעקות שמו את שלושת החדרים צמודים

Carino per un soggiorno senza pretese
Pros:

La struttura è pulita, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare a Koh Samui spendendo poco. Buona la colazione con anche prodotti di pasticceria e tanta frutta, oltre al corner che prepara le uova. Personale gentile.

Cons:

L'albergo è pieno zeppo di zanzare, almeno nella nostra ala (secondo piano, a sx) ogni giorno dopo la pulizia ne trovavamo almeno due o tre in stanza. Danno un solo asciugamano a testa e per chi come me ha i capelli lunghi è un po' scomodo. La posizione è ok, vicino a diversi ristoranti e alla spiaggia ma nella parte dove il mare è più agitato. Se volete rilassarvi nell'acqua bassa dovete spostarvi più a nord, di circa 3 km.

Good value for money, welcoming staff, a good variety of food at breakfast and well priced bar.
Pros:

It offers everything that I need, good location, clean and staff always rechecking areas that need to be cleaned or require attention

Cons:

Slippery floor around the pool but once you realise this you take extra care when walking around it

Cons:

the beach is a bit far, the staff's English is limited. The try to clean everything fine, but e.g. don't use descaling or mould cleaning products.
