I wasn’t able to get no sleep it was so noisy all night long either people working outside in hotel grounds or guests shouting banging doors. I was on 1st floor. At breakfast, there was variety but they were very slow replenishing items so you would stand around for long periods. Often if you came at 9am then there would be no tables. Not enough staff as well.
I loved the stay.
The only issue I had was the balcony view was not at all good. Having said that, the hotel didn't promise anything for the balcony view but if there is a balcony then this can't be the view, it was bad. Rather have no balcony.
Also can the management please advise the staff sitting at the reception to be more cordial and welcoming. I mean there was nothing wrong with the behaviour but atleast the people can be pleasant. Ignoring and stopping talk abruptly when a customer is trying to discuss something important is not good. I have stayed in other hotels where the value for money was better.
However the rooms were excellent and Poorna (room service guy)was very nice.

Location And Comfort.
Bathrooms are too small.
We loved the location; walking distance to the beach and plenty of shacks at the beach too. The room was big and very clean with good view of pool. Ample water bottles and bathroom amenities. The staff were the ones that made a difference from the staff at reception to the F&B Consultant who were very friendly and helpful….from Pankaj, Bhutia, Akoi, Alum, Subashree and most importantly Namrata!! Job well done! And the best part was their daily evening live music and entertainment. The food at Terra is a must try as it’s super yummy.

Great hotel, liked the restaurant especially the live music they have everyday. Good food. Rooms were comfortable as well. Over all, we had a great experience and would love to return to this hotel.
Breakfast was okay. It was a little too crowded and with less variety but not bad.
This hotel is exceptional beyond words. I have stayed in many hotels in Goa and what you see on the website is not what you see when you get there because the photos are photoshopped. This hotel is exactly as stated, I would even go as far to say it at the level of hotels in Europe. Everything is amazing, great rooms, spotless. Amazing pool and pool area, restaurant and bar. They have entertainment every night which is great for families or if you are travelling alone. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Honestly, if you want an amazing hotel this is the one. This hotel is not even 5 star but 6 star. My other favourite hotels in Calengute are the Renest and the Marriot but now this one tops them all.
