Convenient for Juhu beach

This is a classic review where one thing spoiled an entire stay. I stayed at the hotel for one night on a layover. Upon arrival the doorman broke my suitcase handle while taking it inside.
I asked for it to be fixed or replaced as a big suitcase that can be pulled on its wheels in 35 degree heat is not pleasant.
The manager first tried to deny any responsibility “this could have happened to you” and upon insisting told me he’d get it fixed. When I came back to inspect that, they had simply glued the handle back on but the mechanism that holds it in the extended or retracted position was broken so the handle just slide up and down and the glue will probably break on my way to the airport again.

Other than that the people were nice and the hotel is the classic you get what you pay for. It is cheap and therefore not in good repair or particularly clean and the a/c didn’t work for a while either until maintenance managed to get a tiny breeze out of it at midnight.

Bottom line, if you are not fussy and can carry your own luggage then this is a cheap, decent stay in a good area

This Hotel should not be rated more than 1 * if someone has rated more than that then definitely they have not seen much better Hotels than this one. Staff service is good here but Hotel need total refurbishment and management change if they need to survive. If not someone need to take over and change everything. Considering the location this place could be a game changer if you rewamp this hotel

The hotel is very near the beach, the free breakfast is good but I thin they should add more items to choose, the service was really good but unfortunately my room smelled urine all the time

No guest allowed in room
Demanded proof of marriage which usually no one Carries
So I had to return key without using the hotel

Not worth the money. Bad breakfast I didn’t even go for breakfast the second morning Bathroom is extremely dirty. Just look at the photos.Couldn’t even have decent shower because of low water pressure and water not warm enough. Only positive aspect was the friendly checkin experience.

This hotel was horrible. This is not a 3 star hotel, a 1 star at best. Upon arriving at the hotel in realized the photos don't actually depict the hotel accurately.

CHECK IN - We checked in and I asked for the wifi password when I was told it's not free, I showed them their online posting that has wifi included and their response was "yes it's included but you have to pay.

ROOM -The room was not very clean, stained bedsheets grossed me out. The washroom was a whole other thing. The shower would go from warm to seething hot and burn you and a second later it would be freezing cold. There was no consistency with the water in the shower. The taps and tub were disgustingly stained so much so that I wore my flip flops into the tub cause I didn't want to touch the tub.

AC - the AC didn't work so we were left with a fan that would work inconsistently in the sweltering Bombay heat.

STAFF - The staff were rude and had no customer service training. When we went to check out they were so rude and wouldn't call us a cab but said go flag one down outside. They obviously are lacking knowledge about what customer service is.

Overall I couldn't find one positive thing to say about this hotel. It has been the worst hotel experience of my life. I would never come back here and warn people to think twice before staying here.

Had a very lovely time especially walking on the beach in the mornings before breakfast, as it is in a very close visinity.
Breakfast servings and service was fabulous with ample of food to have. Enough that you don't need to have Lunch.
Only thing I feel I was let down is there was no tea or coffee in the room. Rest was fine and room was very comfortable and clean. Good service.

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly but not very attentive. Location is great and food is average but just right to start the day. I think the hotel needs a little "shot in the arm" and everyone would give it a little higher marks.
