I wish the receptionist would be more welcoming. I said Buenos días, Buenas noches, when i was passing by, but i never heard a word back. Not a big deal, but...
No trash bins near the hotel, all smokers drop their trash near the entrance.

ubicación perfecta para el Visado
Pros:

dan un desayuno continental, con un cafe muy rico, fruta fresca. Esta muy cerca de los dos sitios para los tramites de visa ( plaza Harbord= consulado norteamericano) a menos de 5 minutos y a la gran plaza ( ahi está el CAS) no mas de 10 minutos. frente al hotel pasa el camion VA yven que te deja en ambos sitios , si no puedes ocupar taxi o Uber . Para el centro esta a 35 minutos aprox

Infortunada.
Pros:

La habitación es amplia, la limpieza en general buena, aunque había unas manchas en el piso que parece ya tenían tiempo. Las instalaciones son antiguas. La seguridad bien. Como plus tiene alberca, aunque no es muy usada.

Cons:

La puerta de la habitación tenía una rotura en la chapa, solo cierra con un simple cerrojo de botón. Los colchones extra duros. El agua caliente duraba un minuto, se reportó en 3 ocasiones y por tal motivo se quiso dejar la habitación, se mencionó que no había reembolso, sin embargo se dejó un día antes de lo previsto, se le comentó al dueño y se molestó. El desayuno solo pan, café y manzana entera. Por tanto la relación calidad-precio no tiene equilibrio.

Cons:

Con nuevo personal no hubo buena atención y las habitaciones con bichos al interior. Hubo corte de servicios de señal por cable un dia antes de mi salida.
