El personal muy amable, las instalaciones sencillas pero lindas. Cama cómoda, recámara de buen tamaño.

Nos tocaron hormigas y una cucaracha en la habitación, el fin de semana se llenaba mucho el estacionamiento aunque nos dejaron aparcar en el hotel de al lado, solo había dos enchufes en la habitación uno en el baño y uno en la recámara, yo llevaba lap por mi trabajo y solo era compatible con el enchufe del baño. Para cargar celulares y de más tuvimos que turnarnos y fue algo complicado.

Lo rescatable, la recepción

Cons:

Pésima habitación, falta de higiene, cama extra dura, almohadas viejas con olor a orina, ducha llena de hongos, toallas sucias, no pude siquiera meterme en las sábanas por la falta de higiene.
Confié en los comentarios antes de elegirlo y fue una pésima experiencia, no se como le dieron tal calificación.

Clean, spacious, lovely staff
Pros:

Housekeeping were incredible, reception staff were super helpful, and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The internet was strong enough for video calls (it dropped out every so often but could reconnect quickly). There’s an Oxxo next to the hotel for snacks etc. We were in Merida for the WTA tennis event at the Yucatán Country Club, so the location (being outside of Histórico Centro) was convenient and only a 10-15 minute ride away.
