Thumbs-up Story: our 9 year kid has lost her Hippo (sleeping stuffy toy) to room services. She was crying and scared of a permanent loss from her toy relation as she said it's her careless fault. She wanted to chase Hippo out in the middle of the night. We communicated this incident with the front desk 小石 Ms. Shi. She took a great care of our stay experience and worked out with her colleagues. Even though we must checked out next day, Ms. shi kept our number to follow up. Yesterday our kid received our toy via China postal delivery service. She was the happiest kid. We know it's not easy, but we know we have one more trustable stay choice in Shanghai.

Someone was using vacum cleaner or something like this at midnight and nobody at front desk speak English

來往機塲、地鐡站恵南站、動物園、和迪士尼也通通有免費的接駁車，但房間的冷氣壞了，只有熱風出，冬天的我都感覺很辛苦，熱到呼吸系統困難，只好把窗開了，還要借用風扇，才有空氣流通的感覺，便能入睡。

was very happy with airport pick up. carpet in room stained and old. shower & hot water need improvement. Appreciated fruit plate every evening. Appreciated early & late check out. Thx Daven

很不错，很干净，房屋整洁。服务也好。尤其是机场接送很到位。早餐丰富。

設備(テレビ、金庫等)のメンテナンスが行き届いていません。また、浴槽の清掃も毎日行われているのか？疑問がありますした。

Las instalaciones están viejas. La regadera del baño estaba rota y las alfombras y cortinas muy sucias. La atención del personal muy bien.

Het hotel is niet wat hotels.com zegt wat het is. Er is geen casino, geen gym, geen rooftop restaurant/bar.

Alleen bij de receptie spreken ze Engels. Het ontbijt is heel Chinees, wat opzich logisch is.
Maar mn dieet was daardoor fruit, ei en rijst.

Kamers zijn wel goed echter heel gehorig.
Shuttlebus naar vliegveld en aantal attracties is goed geregeld

Free shuttle service is good, but only use 1 time per day. Breakfast should have some changes everyday.

空港送迎サービス利用時に確認メールを2度要請したが既読マークのみで返信がなかったため不安になり直接電話した。英語対応のみだったが当日は迎えに来てくれホッとした。デイズニーランドなどのシャトルバスが有り便利。デイズニーランドの迎え時間は、8時半からのショーを見ていると間に合わないので９時から10分程度遅いのが望ましいが、中国人観光客は、10分遅れてきた。

I thought the hotel had a gym and spa, but there is nothing here. The food was amazing, so I hate to say anything negative, just not sure how it’s a 4 star hotel.

Convenient if want to go to Pudong airport or Disneyland...they do provide free transfer service to Pudong International airport and Disneyland...The hotel is clean....overall is good..
