Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

De douche in mijn kamer werd niet warm en na 5 tot 6 x gebeld te hebben met de receptie is het probleem ook niet verholpen. Er is geen alternatief of korting aangeboden. Dit vind ik voor een hotel van deze klasse echt niet kunnen. Het hotel had een matig diner buffet, waarbij sommige warme gerechten lauw tot koud waren.

Ils ne sont pas formés.
Que se soit au Check-in ou Check-out nous avons perdu énormément de temps.

Bjr deja très déçu que votre personnel n'a pas essayé de réaliser la facture que je lui ai demander ca seul réponse désoler on c'est pas faire. Un établissement devant une salle d'événements impossible de ne pas savoir réaliser une facture ... puis niveaux propreté des chambre bcp de cheveux porte de douche baignoire avec des petite crasse essuie de douche propre mais tâcher idem sur le lit cheveux et drap propre mais tâcher

Comfort in een luxueuze kamer !
Pros:

Wanneer je in La Paz (Bolivia) op een matras van 25 jaar oud geslapen hebt, je alleen maar een douche met ijskoud water kan nemen en het toilet in de gang er smerig uit ziet dan weet je luxe te waarderen !
