Different room to that booked - Nice staff and clean hotel

Cons:

Having stayed overnight, I reviewed the booking and saw I had reserved a family room for three (one double and two single beds).

The room provided had two single beds and a camp bed. It was acceptable, but not what was advertised or what I specifically chose. The double-plus-singles layout was the reason I booked this hotel.

I queried this at reception the following morning, but did not receive a clear explanation. After a long journey we didn’t pursue it further, but on reflection the issue wasn’t properly resolved.

The booking process appears misleading — either the website misrepresents the room or there was an error at the hotel. As a result, I’m unsure whether future bookings will match what is advertised

Very friendly and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Very friendly, quiet, comfortable and well appointed room. A lovely atmosphere and within easy walk of the hostoric town centre and Menin Gate.

Excellent Experience
Pros:

Perfect location, friendly & welcoming atmosphere.
Room was excellent & equipped with all the facilities needed to make a perfect stay. A most peaceful night sleep & heard no noise.Hotel was spotless, cleanliness was outstanding. Customer Service from all staff is 5 star, fantastic breakfast experience also.
On site Car Park facilities is very convenient & excellent.
Fantastic service & facilities all round.
Price for 1 night stay, Breakfast & Car Parking was total value for money.

I look forward to a return stay in the future

Het is zeker een hotel om aan te raden, midden in het centrum, verhouding prijs-kwaliteit is goed.
Pros:

Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Cons:

Het interieur was gedateerd, maar de kamers krijgen een make-over vertelde het personeel.
