Excellent Experience
Pros:

Perfect location, friendly & welcoming atmosphere.
Room was excellent & equipped with all the facilities needed to make a perfect stay. A most peaceful night sleep & heard no noise.Hotel was spotless, cleanliness was outstanding. Customer Service from all staff is 5 star, fantastic breakfast experience also.
On site Car Park facilities is very convenient & excellent.
Fantastic service & facilities all round.
Price for 1 night stay, Breakfast & Car Parking was total value for money.

I look forward to a return stay in the future

Het is zeker een hotel om aan te raden, midden in het centrum, verhouding prijs-kwaliteit is goed.
Pros:

Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Cons:

Het interieur was gedateerd, maar de kamers krijgen een make-over vertelde het personeel.

room should of been 175 euros between two of us yet we ended up paying around 200 euros each

Location was good and parking for motorcycles was very good

Cons:

Booked a twin bed room for myself and a colleague as we had a long ride over on motorbikes from the uk, Upon checking in we discovered that the twin beds were pushed together and we couldn't separate them - we complained and they offered to move one of us to another room. upon checking out we had to pay for 2 rooms at full cost. rooms not as described !!!

Deudgddoend, fantastisch! Ideale uitvalsbasis om het prachtige Ieper te bezoeken.
Pros:

Warm en professioneel onthaal! Uitleg to the point. Hygiëne top! Prachtige ontbijtzaal met een voortreffelijk ontbijt! Kortom een dikke aanrader!!! Een grote pluim voor dit prachtige familiehotel!
