I wish I knew I was booking basement room without windows, so I'd definitely upgrade to a room with windows, but the staff were helpful in accommodating as other rooms were available. I ended up moving a couple of times, but that was my mistake and they helped a lot.

Stayed for 3 nights. Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location close to bus stops and the mall. Some grime in the shower and a hair or two in the bed, but nothing crazy. Great breakfast.

Good hotel

Me and my family spent around 3 nights there. our room was on the 3rd Floor, without any elevators, it was too hard for us to carry our luggage. Breakfast was good but not very diverse. The room was spacious. There weren't any brushes for personal use. Deluxe Hotel isn't similar to a hotel but is like a small clean motel. It was located in a great part of Yerevan near Rio Mall, But it wasn't near Republic Square and the city center. all in all, I recommend this place for those who have a tight budget and want to have an economy travel.

Beautiful building and inside interior, big room

Very welcoming atmosphere. Professional & friendly staff. Very clean & beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. Complimentary Breakfast with Variety of delicious hot breakfast choices. Perfect location in city center close to everything. A wonderful choice.

Conveniently close to a major mall and food court.

I have already stayed at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan and just visited it in the previous month. The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Deluxe Hotel Yerevan has always met my expectations. I think this hotel can give you good value for your money. The hotel is not centrally located, but it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. Within 40-50 minutes you can walk to the center and main attractions. If you love walking for exercise (and if it is not so hot), it is a really nice walk. Or you can get a cab. It is not expensive in Yerevan. My room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful painting. The walls in the halls are also decorated with paintings like in an art hotel. Breakfast was good. They offered all the standards including different types of bread, seasonal vegetables and fruit, scrambled eggs/omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausages, a few types of cheese, cold cuts, buckwheat cereal, rice, pastry, all of which were prepared well. I also booked my airport transfer through the hotel. Everything was very well arranged. I was met by a nice lady who was very helpful, and we had an interesting conversation on the way to the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice, friendly, amiable, accommodating and consistently made sure I was comfortable. This hotel felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much! You made me feel very welcome.

Friendly and helpful staff, walkable area, relatively close to the center, spacious room to fit 3-4 luggages, great breakfast and overall good value.

It is a nice hotel with kind, polite, and patient staff. Receptions are so welcoming that you feel at home. They try to help you as much as possible. I tried three rooms at this hotel. All were clean, neat, and tidy.
In this price range, the breakfast was acceptable and delicious.
