A great experience all round.
Pros:

Fabulous family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful food. Great ambience.

Cons:

I suppose, to be picky, it would have been nice if there was an indoor pool, but it was not any sort of issue.

Un soggiorno piacevolissimo per la gentilezza squisita del personale e la bellezza del luogo e dell’albergo

E’ in luogo tranquillo e bellissimo , molto comodo per chi ama la montagna perché impianti di risalita in inverno e escursioni di ogni tipo in estate sono a due passi

Più che un soggiorno un’esperienza!
Pros:

L’attenzione e la cura dei dettagli fanno decisamente la differenza. La grandissima attenzione all’eco sostenibilità ,la qualità della cucina a cena e la grande varietà della colazione con prodotti altamente genuini insieme all’estrema gentilezza e cordialità dello staff hanno reso il soggiorno un’esperienza piacevolissima. Stanze pulite e accoglienti, ambienti comuni in vero stile montagna e SPA perfetta dopo una giornata di sci. Super consigliato!sicuramente ritorneremo.

Pros:

I had booked 5 days on the hotel, 4 star hotel. I was allocated a room, where I loooked into a 170 cm high wall, see photo. Claustrophobic.
The room did not correspond to the photos based on which I had booked the hotel on Hotels.com.
The hotel refused to compensate for the inadequate room.
After a terrible night I was allocated a new room.
