وللراحه ولكن عند وصولي الي الفندق لم لقد حجزت فندق للراحه واختارت قريب للمطار لان أمامي بعض الساعات

يتم اعلامي عند الدفع بالكارت واستلمت رساله متأخرة إتمام الججز

لقد قمت بالدفع ٣ مرات لعدم وصول رساله بالتأكيد وتم حجز المبلغ بدون علمي ودون وصول رساله بتأكيد الدفع ولما سألت بوكينج سوف يرد واحد والآخرين لا لانه تم الحجز من تليفون مختلف بنفس الشخص ونفس الكارت
من ناحيه الخدمه صفر عاوزين فلوس وبس اخد المبلغ من الكارت وتم إبلاغي بوصولي متأخر طلبو ان اعمل شيك اون اون لين وادفع مبلغ اخر للخدمه ولم يعطو لي الا حجرة واحده رغم انه تم دفع حجرتين ولم أجد اي عامل للمساعده او الاستعلام ولا يوجد أي خدمه او عامل للوصول الي الحجرة

A una camera per 3 Volta hanno preso soldi poi quando ho chiamato hanno detto che devo usare 2 Camera ho pagato la tassa on line e chik in on line per Camera ma hanno lasciato un codice per una e al altre hanno detto ce un chiave ma non ho trovato ho passato tutto la notte cecava questo chiava alla fine sono andata alla 6,30 di mattina senza reposare e volevo esser restituire il pagamento di questa camera
