Bon hôtel en plein centre animé
Pros:

Super bien placé pour profiter des animations du centre ville, chambres confortables et propres

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres est inexistante. C’était accentué pour ma part car en plein nouvel an donc normal mais de manière générale on entend beaucoup trop l’extérieur

Air conditioning worked

Cons:

We paid for five nights and left after one. The noise from the bar music downstairs was intolerable and went on all night. The bass was cranked up so high it was no longer music - it was just noise. In addition the room had no natural light: the window looked out into an internal corridor with an automatic light that switched on and off all night

This hotel has been instrumental with memories in making me want to move to Phnom Penh soon!
Pros:

I have stayed here twice now and about the best layout in town and a quick stroll to the beach.
The restaurant and bar on the ground level has open air walls that bring in a pleasant breeze with cooling misters along the awning. Perfect!
The menu of food and drink is amazing too and always served with a delightful smile that is irresistible!

Pros:

Very good for the money very clean and a comfy bed 👍🏼

Cons:

Toilet was placed the wrong way in the bathroom Lol but it was fine. Bar staff were also a little slow and not as smiley as the other Ostro down the road.

Central location, good restaurant downstairs. Good AC unit. Free bottled water. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Smelly drains in bathroom. Rusty old refrigerator. Wet bathroom (no shower cabin = wet floor & toilet seat).

Great hotel, great staff and great area in Phnom Penh.
Pros:

We were a group of 8 golfers and stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. I thought the staff were outstanding, in particular Nita (admin) and Bory (bar staff). Both these ladies went above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable and entertaining as possible. Both are very friendly and competent in what they do. Room staff also do an excellent job in keeping the rooms spotless. Highly recommend this hotel, it is in a great area.

Cons:

Nothing, all staff at the hotel were fantastic.
