Nachdem wir kurzfristig dieses Hotel gebucht haben, bin ich super zufrieden. Nett freundlich, saubere Zimmer sauberes Bad. Zimmerreinigung fast rund um die Uhr. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Wasser und Kaffee täglich umsonst. Sehr zu empfehlen.
We arrivaed at midnight. When we got there it was a really smooth check in & the staff kindly saw us to our rooms & explained everything to us. Breakfast was really nice, lots to choose from including eggs to order. The poolside is very nice and great for the kids to have a splash. 24 hour reception which made us feel safe and the staff will go above & beyond. Anything you need just let them know & they'll be happy to help. Loved my stay here & an additional bonus was we got the 2 rooms for a really good price. Room service is daily with fresh towels. 5* from me. Defo recommend!!

The Thai massage was fabulous! The breakfasts were superb!
We stayed here for 17 nights with our young children (5 months and 3yr). The rooms were clean, spacious, and everything was in working order throughout our stay. We rented the family rooms, which had 2 bedrooms and a small loving room and kitchenette (without any kitchenware). The staff were truly lovely—especially with our kids—and always made us feel welcome.
The location is not too far from the beach and great local restaurants, including halal options, but it's on a busy street that's not ideal for walking with small children or strollers. We ended up renting a car to get around after we heard that there were a lot of motor cycle accidents in our area.
Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a disagreement over a damaged sofa. We were initially asked to pay a very high amount (21,000 THB) for a piece of furniture that was visibly worn and available for much less online. While the issue was eventually resolved through negotiation, it caused a lot of stress and took away from what was otherwise a lovely stay.
This place is great for couples or solo travelers. Families with small kids may want to plan transport and be mindful of hotel policies on damages. But also the pool had sharp edges and my son had wounded/bruised himself on numerous occassions.
Patong Bay Residence is a budget-friendly find with super clean, modern rooms and zero noise, just be ready for a 25-minute trek to the beach and some spotty service.
• Location & Access: Tucked away in a quieter part of Patong, you’ll get total peace no late-night street noise or mosque calls. Just know that Patong Beach and Bangla Road are about a 25-minute walk away (or a quick tuk-tuk ride).
• Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious, fully renovated, and spotless. Everything feels brand-new, from the sleek bathroom tiles to the comfy bed linens.
• Service & Staff: It’s self-service here—there’s no porter to carry your bags, and small requests (like borrowing an adapter) can take a lot of prodding. If you don’t mind doing a little extra yourself, you’ll be fine.
• Breakfast & Value: Breakfast is simple but decent, and given the low nightly rate, this place offers terrific bang for your buck.
The hotel was very very bad to visit first of all the food is bad if you eat there you will go to the hospital like what happened to me my visit to Phuket was not good because of them with that very annoying sounds everywhere
An employee comes to my room while I'm sleeping to ask for a 100 baht tip because he gave me juice.
Christ was not clean. My skin turned red with pimples because of a swimming pool with bugs.
The worst hotel in the world. If you rented a hotel for $1, it would be better than this hotel.
Didn't like that needed to keep asking for them to spray & get rid of those tiny little almost invisible bugs..
Also the checkout girl tried scamming me into not giving me back my full cash deposit from check-in. (They don't take cc) I got my full deposit back. She was super rude too!! Don't need nice, just somewhat polite!!!!
No hooks anywhere in the room which is very inconvenient.
Other than that- everything else was great. I had everything I needed!

Die Dusche war mit Schimmel befallen. Die Klimaanlage hat jedes Mal beim anschalten extrem gestunken und das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht gut. Es gab Garkeine Auswahl wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt.
