Bis auf wenige Dinge bei guter Lage angenehm.
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung gut mit Kaffee-/Teebereiter, bequemer Couch, Bügeleisen, Frühstück vielfältig und immer aufgefüllt, Rezeptionistin beim Einchecken sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die meisten Mitarbeiter an Rezeption( siehe Ausnahme oben) und im Frühstücksraum ohne ein Lächeln für uns als Gäste.
Da wir in unserem Zimmer keinen deutschen TV-Sender finden konnten, baten wir zweimal um Klärung/ Hilfe. Leider ohne Erfolg, nur der Hinweis, man müsse weiter nach oben scrollen.Auch das war erfolglos.

Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr ins Hampton by Hilton für einen Kurztrip nach Swinemünde
Pros:

Positiv zu bewerten sind die Zimmerausstattung ( großer TV, allerdings sehr wenige deutsche Programme, Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Teezubereitung) ,die großen und bequemen Betten, die Badezimmerausstattung (Pflegeprodukte wie z.B. Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodylotion, Handseife) Fön, allerdings kein Schminkspiegel

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist überschaubar, aber ausreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Jedoch sind die kleinen Brötchen nicht frisch gewesen, sondern hart und ebenso das Brot. Ich habe mehrere Sorten probiert und war leider nicht überzeugt. Vielleicht kann man dort ein wenig nachbessern. Das Rührei war ok, es fehlte jedoch der Speck.

Komplett super ,alles war sehr ausreichend und vollkommen in Ordnung!

Cons:

Das junge Personal könnte einen Lehrgang für ,Lächeln ,nette Worte
zB guten Morgen oder Hallo und den Blick auf den Gast gerichtet , egal in welcher Sprache ,Handy an der Rezeption ist wichtiger ,wie die Begrüßung von Gästen ,
