Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa.

We speak Gujarati, Bengali, Bhojpuri and Marwadi languages.

Jungle Safari bookings have to be booked directly by the guest on the government website from now on and hotel shall not be responsible for the same.

As of now your dates are reserve for 24 hours, 100% payment required to confirm your booking as this Gir Forest.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was okay. Not the best.
Pros:

The location was convenient. Most of the staff were great. While others seemed to expect a tip.

Cons:

Slight issues with room adjustments. Trying to add another member into our room seemed to cause quite a problem. Majority of hotels and resorts dont cause any issues. Also the title while booking says ' deluxe room with balcony river view. There was no river. Some of the staff were quite cheeky. Passing sly comments.

Nice property just having common wall with Gir jungle
Pros:

Nice location, clean property. Staff very supportive & cooperative. Nice fooding . Seemed Little overpriced.

The stay was good right until the end when the staffed charged us for food that they said was complimentary. And the food packaging was done so horribly that it nearly spoiled our car seat while travelling. Very disappointing from a IHCL group property

The staff were very helpful and joyful. It definitely made us feel welcome and willing to visit again.

Cons:

Tips this is a general thing in India. They should add a service charge to all bills, an option at the end to tip or a tip box that gets distributed amongst all staff.

No lift a hotel of this standard needs a lift of the elderly

Would be great if the excursion staff contacted the guests to help book the safari before arrival. How to book, where, options and suggestions. Not after we arrived

Hotel staff friendly , supportive and very professional.
For safaris in Gir forest, Milan is very helpful as he organized multiple Jeep safaris and ensured that guests have good wildlife sightings.
Spa service is excellent.
